"You... don't understand. I'm sorry, it was me, not you. I decided to do it, you weren't the fault. I'm sorry." He said, though I could see he didn't mean it, though I couldn't help being angry.

"No," I whispered, pain and anger clawing at my heart. "You cheated on me. I don't even want the reason." Tears streaked down my cheeks, and I desperately tried to wipe them off, only to have new tears replace the old ones.

"I... I'm sorry. I need to go." He rushed away, while I stood at my door, wanting so badly for him to come back, to comfort me. Obviously, that wouldn't happen.

6 Months Later

I laid on my bed with my only friend, Ann. She nudged me to the mirror connected to my room, giving me a thumb's-up at my appearance.

With my blond hair, tan skin, and pure sky-blue eyes, I looked awfully like a beach-babe just waiting for a lucky guy to drive by, though I hated the first image people got from me. The thing that made guys break up with me? My personality. Anna and I knew it. I was rough, with no mercy whatsoever (In EVERYTHING).

I gave Anna a faltering smile, sighing ever so slightly when she told me to meet me in her living room. I gave a last check-up in the mirror, knowing I was soon going to go through agony.

Anna and I were going to the high school prom. She had a date, though I didn't. She's begged for weeks just wanting me to tag along, though I didn't want to be a third-wheel. In fact, the guy she was going to the prom with was one of the many guys who'd wandered cluelessly to me. He'd broken up with me about two years ago.

"Come on, Silvien! It's time to go!" Anna called. Sometimes she was awfully clueless.

Time for the agony.
