~One Year Later~

~Skye's POV~

"What!! You're going!! To Korea!!" Rhea was knocked out of her senses when I told her that I was to go to another country for my job.

"Don't freak out. It's not decided, it's just one of the options," I clarified.

"Ya but I'm pretty sure the other two options aren't very appealing."

"Well... you're right, but..." I didn't know what to say so I simply left the sentence unattended.

"Whatever! You are going to Korea. And that's an order."

"Hey! Stop it, don't boss me. I know why you want me to go to Korea out of all the places," I scolded fully aware of the lady's intentions. Rhea laughed and said, "Okay... I agree... I want you to go there so that I can visit you and maybe meet them again." "You miss them, don't you?" I asked feeling kinda sad for her. "Of course I do... I loooooove them." Both of us started giggling completely forgetting about the original issue.

~3rd Person~

After a week of deep thought, Skye finally agreed on going to Korea. Rhea was more than happy and was already planning how she would meet BTS again. And what all they would do together. The forms were filled and submitted and within a month's time, Skye would fly to Korea. Rhea was to stay back and visit Skye once she had sorted her living space.

It had been half a month after Skye reached Korea. Her parting with Rhea had been pretty emotional. She had fully learnt the national language and was pretty comfortable. Her workmates were nice and caring and she had gotten familiar with the neighbourhood. She had seen some BTS posters around the city of Seoul and had always smiled at her bracelets that Jungkook had given her. She had no hopes to meet him again but she wasn't sad about it. She was sincerely happy about the time they had spent together.

~Skye's POV~

"Hey, Skye! Do you wanna go out with us this weekend? The usual drinks around the corner?" asked, Soomi, one of my co-workers.

"Umm... thanks but I have quite a lot to do so I won't be able to join you this time around," I said smiling over at her.

"No problem. You'll still be invited if you want to show up and surprise us," she said. "It's kinda your loss you know, the new guy's coming too," she added.

She was talking about one of the new workers who had joined a few days after me. He's super handsome. His grey eyes, slightly tanned skin, tall and chiselled form and his deep voice make him look like he was a part of some kpop group. And yeah, I had sort off started liking kpop. I didn't know much but I listen to the songs by BTS quiet often.

"Really? Woah! That's surely a loss, now isn't it?" I joked. "You know I've heard his friends at the office say that he likes someone from the office. I'm pretty sure it's you," she teased. "Well that's funny, aren't you jealous?" I said playing along. "Of course I am, don't you know how big of a crush I had on him. But, I'll be nice and let you have him," she said and both of us started laughing like madwomen. Once she had stopped laughing she said, "No, but on a serious note, the fact that I heard people saying that he likes someone here is true" "Well I don't know, I'll maybe join you on the weekend and we can try to find that out."

She jumped with excitement but soon realised that everyone was looking at her with weird eyes and stopped. She quietly went back to work and so did I.

~

It was already the weekend and all of us were going to meet in half an hour. Soomi was waiting outside in her car while I switched off the lights of the apartment and got the house keys. I rushed out and hoped into the car. "You took forever and you're still wearing such plain clothes, I told you he was going to come, why didn't you wear something nice?" she said, frustrated. "I'm sorry. Also, I'm not trying to impress him or anything. If likes me he should like me for who I am." I retorted. She nodded trying to execute a serious face and pretending to understand as if it was philosophy.

The place was not that far and we reached within minutes. Some of the people were already there while some were yet to come. I spotted that handsome guy whose name I still didn't know. As we entered everyone stood up and greeted us with hugs. That guy to came to exchange greetings, "Hello, I'm Youngjin, I'm new so you probably don't know me," he said in attempts to make himself familiar. "Hello, I'm Skye," I said and bowed slightly, feeling flustered by his presence. He quickly said, "Oh no need, I  already know." I was slightly confused but forgot all about it when Soomi pulled me to the table.

Everyone made their way to the table. I sat next to Soomi and Youngjin sat on the other side of the table right in front of me. After everyone had arrived we ordered the drinks and chatted. I and Youngjin took some time between conversations to talk to each other and the females on the table eyed me like a hawk. Soomi, however, was just trying to contain her laughter.

"I think we've talked for pretty long let's play truth or truth," announced the president. All of us looked at each other with confused faces. Then he added, "Since none of us is really drunk we can still play some games, also, this place won't be perfect to give each other dares. So, why not cut out the dares and let it be truth or truth."

Everybody cheered and then a bottle was spun. It landed on Youngjin. "Truth or Dare?" challenged the president. Youngjin thought for a while and settled on a dare. The president gave him an evil-ish smile and said, "I know you like someone on this table. I dare you to ask that person out." Youngjin was calm as if he saw that coming. I and Soomi were practically jumping in our seats when he stood up. We looked around in attempts of guessing who it could be. However, before we could finish our little investigation he stopped next to my chair and popped the question, "Skye, I really like you. Will you be my girlfriend?" I choked on my saliva as everyone started cheering and asking me to date him. I was debating on whether to say yes or no when he started again, "You don't need to answer just yet, it's okay."

~

Soomi was being a total teenager ever since the proposal. She switched seats with Youngjin and even asked him to drop me home. We were in his car with a weird and awkward silence between us. I decided to break it and said, "Why did you...I mean how..." I was totally confused on what to say and made a mental note to not start conversations ever again. "I didn't really like you when I joined but then I don't know what happened and I ended up falling for you." All I could do was blush.

The car came to a stop and I was taking my seat belt off when he suddenly kissed me. I was shocked and froze. Somehow I couldn't respond to his lips. When he pulled back he said, "I'm sorry... I just..." I nodded trying to say it was okay when it clearly wasn't. I was screaming internally not believing the fact that he actually kissed me. I quickly got off the car and was moving away when he called me. "Would you want to go on a date tomorrow?" I nodded again and when he chuckled a little my insides wobbled.

~Rhea's POV~

Skye just called me and told me about Youngjin. Oh! How I wish I could tell Jungkook about Skye going nuts about another guy but then I wonder if he still likes her. Or if he even remembers her. But I swear if he still likes her he will tear that Youngjin guy up.
