Today was the day Ben had to go to iMutual Connect. He looked over the card and fiddled with it in his hands.

Should I be doing this?

Ben got off his couch and arranged his hat correctly on his head. He walked out his home and called in a taxi. He gave him the directions and slumped down in his seat as the driver took him there.

"It's only for today," he said to himself.

Ben looked down to his hands and looked at the patterns on it. He frowned a bit when he saw a small scar on his hand and remembered a haunting memory. He put his hand up in a fist and closed his eyes. He wasn't going to let the past affect him.

"We're here, sir," said the driver.

Ben opened his eyes and it gleamed red with pain as the driver looked away a bit. Ben blinked and looked out the window and saw a towering building that had big words on it: iMutual Connect.

Ben gave the money to the driver and he tilted his hat to him. Ben stepped out and watched the building. The taxi drove away and made a gush of wind pass by him, making his bangs fly to the side. He took a breath and walked in towards the door.

As soon as he walked in, there was the lobby. He walked towards the bald man who has glasses on and a bit of wrinkles on his forehead and eyes.

"Yes?" he asked.

"I'm Ben. I'm here to see Hensworth."

The old man took his glasses off and got up from his chair.

"The Ben?"

Everyone turned around and looked at them both. It was just like the day in the Cafe. Ben lowered his hat and put it right above his eyes covering them.

"Yes I'm the Ben, though I don't see why it matters," Ben said.

"Your work matters to us," said a female voice.

Ben turned around and saw a lady with red long hair that had layers. She had on a leather outfit with enchanting blue eyes. She looked just like fire and ice combined.

"I'm Teresa. Assistant manager of iMutual Connect," said Teresa. "It's finally nice to meet you, Ben."

Ben shook his gaze away from her and looked back at the old man. He was back to writing in his notepad and with his glasses on. He turned to face the others and their focus on him had already dispersed.

"Follow me please. I shall take you to Hensworth," she said.

Ben didn't say a word and nodded his head as he followed his way through. She pressed a button on the elevator and when the doors opened he stepped in first. She walked in and before the door closed, the old man waved over at them.

"It was a pleasure meeting you, Sir Ben!"

The door closed and Ben smiled slightly and looked at his reflection in the elevator walls.

What's so great about me anyways?

Ben didn't really find himself so superior as others, which made him question himself a lot. He looked at his reflection again and he saw Teresa giving him a glance.

"You seem different than the way Hensworth described you," she said.

Ben turned back around and leaned against the elevator wall with his hands crossed across his chest.

"Yeah? How did he described me?"

Her lips formed a smile and she leaned against the opposite wall of him.
