Ben was recognized in his world, The World of Realms, and everybody knew not to mess with him. Ben was a great trickster in a way he plays his games. He was also a righteous killer. He was the top of everyone.

Lots of people from different companies would always try to persuade him to work for them. Though he never wanted to team up with anyone because he called himself a lone wolf in the mountains.

Ben sat down on his couch flipping through the channels. He kept his green hat up in place right above his red eyes. He pushed away his blonde bangs from his face and yawned. It was a boring day today. Nothing interesting was happening and he hasn't killed in a while. He turned off the tv and folded his arms behind his head.

What to do?

Ben sighed and looked over to the counter. There was a sealed letter addressed to him that he never opened. He reached out for it and scanned it. It was another one of those requests.

It read:

Hello Ben, this is the company of  iMutual Connect and we would like to consider you on our behalf to try out our game. Hopefully you will take this consideration and find yourself working for us. If you would like to then we have arranged a meeting at the Cafe in the afternoon two days from now.

                         From the manager,

                                             Hensworth

He closed the letter and realized this was sent to him two days ago. He put the letter in his pocket and looked over at the clock that was framed right between the main entrance and stairs. It was about to be time. Ben walked out his door and decided to head over to the Cafe since he didn't have anything planned.

Ben walked with his hands in his pockets as he felt people staring at him. He ignored them and entered the Cafe. Everyone turned around and looked at him. Ben gave a slight smile and walked deeper inside.

"Is that the famous Ben?"

"I've never seen him before."

"What is he doing here?"

Table from table, everyone was talking about him. Everyone heard about Ben but not a lot have seen him since he would be inside his room gathering data and doing his killing sprees in softwares. He looked up and a big guy that had a bit of grey skin and dark outlined cheekbones stood up. His hair was black and was spiked up along with his beard. This must be Hensworth.

"Ah Ben, you arrived," he said with his deep raspy voice.

Ben walked towards him as Hensworth offered out his hand. Ben looked at it and hesitated a bit. He gave a slight chuckle and waved his handshake and took a seat. Hensworth rose his eyebrows surprised that he didn't get a handshake but pushed it aside and sat down as well.

"Well Ben, I'm glad you considered this offer. Our game will surely be in great expense now," said Hensworth.

Ben shook his head and crossed his arms.

"I never considered anything so don't get your hopes up," said Ben.

Hensworth stayed quiet for a bit and looked over at Ben. He placed his hands on the table and folded them.

"I understand that you don't like receiving these kind of offers but think about it Ben. This will make you more known and who knows if you can gain new skills."

Ben took out the letter from his hand and stabbed it with a knife onto the table. Hensworth eyes widen at the sudden action Ben did that everyone seem to be looking at them now. Ben leaned onto the table and his eyes were glowing red.

"No! This is just a scam. This is why I don't team up with anyone. You admitted it yourself, you want me for your riches." Ben gave a slight laugh and pulled his knife out. "The only reason I came was to finally put a stop from companies like you trying to get me to work for you."

Hensworth sighed and Ben tried to calm himself down. He has had enough of people trying to use him. Ben pushed the letter back to Hensworth and got up.

"Here's your offer back. I don't need it."

Ben turned around and everyone quickly turned away from him as if they didn't notice anything. As he was beginning to leave, he felt someone grab his arm. He looked back and it was Hensworth. Ben shook his grip off and looked at the tall man.

"I'm sorry, I didn't expect this to happen but let me give you another offer as to repay you," he said.

"What is it?" Ben asked.

Hensworth motioned him to walk outside with him, so he did. Hensworth took out a cigarette and lit it up.

What could this offer be? Why was this man so desperate?

He gave out a breath of smoke and looked back at Ben.

"Instead would you rather like to be a beta tester on our game? It will at least help."

Beta tester?

"You see since I'm pretty sure you won't cooperate with us, it would be at least best if you tried it out first and tell us what you think," he explained.

Ben thought about it. It would be nice though can he trust this man? Hensworth gave another puff at his cigarette and waited for an answer.

"Fine but just for one day and that is all," Ben said.

"Excellent. I appreciate that. Well then tomorrow we would like to see you at our iMutual Connect building. Anytime is welcome for you," he said and gave Ben a white card that read the address.

Ben grabbed it and put it in his pocket. Hensworth extended his hand and smiled with his cigarette still in his mouth. Ben extended his hand and shook his.

"No promises, though. Got that?" asked Ben.

Hensworth gave out a laugh and nodded as they let go of each other's hand grip.

"It doesn't matter. Just you giving us a chance is a privilege."

Ben gave a plastered smile and nodded his head as if he agreed with him.

"Consider yourself lucky," said Ben in a mocking tone as he walked away from him.

He couldn't believe he agreed to work for a cooperation. Ben closed his eyes and put his hands into his pockets as the breeze hit his face. He opened them and sighed.

Hensworth watched Ben leave and threw his cigarette bud on the ground, stepping on it with his shoe.

"Oh, I am lucky."

He grinned and walked away in the opposite direction as he took out his phone and dialed in a number.

"We're in."
