The whole night he was haunted by the image if Andrew making his woman laugh.

For some unfathomable reason he couldn't get the picture of her laughing with another man out of his head. He wanted to be the one to make her laugh like that.

His heart yearned to be the one to make her laugh like that.

He turned to face the window of his bedroom and imagined how his heart would swell with love as he watched her laugh at a joke he made.

It hurt like a bitch not being the one to make her laugh he felt robbed almost as if her laughter only belonged to him.

An hour of sleeplessness had lead him outside the door of the girl that owns his heart.

He wanted to knock so bad but his ego and pride wouldn't let him.

He didn't want to have to admit to her that he has come to love her in such a small period of time. That he feels for her things he didn't know a human can feel for another human being.

Finally deciding to swallow his pride and knock on the door he heaved out a long sigh and listened to his own fingers knocking on the hardwood door.

She opened the door barely dressed in a pair of figure hugging shorts and a crop top that showed off her small , smooth waist.

His eyes went wide and his mouth went dry at the sight of her. She looked so beautiful he had to clench his fists to stop himself from reaching for her.

"Hi"

He mentally slapped himself for the stupid word as it if fell from his mouth. He had avoided the girl for a whole week and all he could say to her was a stupid 'hi' wow Alex would slap him into next week for this.

"Hi? That's all you're gonna say...after avoiding me like the freaking plague your gonna say 'hi'" She had anger written all over her face and her body language screamed out her anger as well. He felt stupid just staring her as she went off on him but he couldn't help himself.

She was a sight to see and he couldn't help but stare at her speechless.

"Can I come in?" She stared at him like he had grown a second head but he didn't let up. Instead he took a step closer to her , her beautiful scent filling his senses arousing him to the point of no return.

He knew if he stepped inside her flat, he wouldn't be leaving anytime soon. He was determined to show her that his feelings for her go deeper than just wanting to ravish her beautiful body.

He wanted to own every last bit of her.

From her body all the way to her soul.

"No, please leave" She went to shut the door but he stopped it with his size nine boots before pushing past her and into her flat.

" I am sorry, for avoiding you all week" He sat on her bed and stared at her with intensity in his eyes trying to show her how sorry he felt but all she did was shrug and lean against the wall facing him.

"So you admit you were avoiding me?" She bit her bottom lip and he lost all train of thought staring at her white teeth biting into her soft pink lip.

"Yes and I know whatever I say won't make you forgive me but I really am sorry, I know I have a lot of explaining to do" He wanted her closer , and she knew that because he saw the mischievous glint in her eyes. She was going to torture him for this.

He looked so good.

That was all she could think about as she stared at him while he stared back at her with deep intensity in his eyes.

"Well...?"

He raised both his brows and stared at her with that look in his eyes. The look that made her stomach flatter with butterflies and her skin develop goosebumps.

"I am scared....of the feelings you awakened in me..I've never felt like this for anyone else so I decided - stupidly - to ignore you hoping that these feelings would go away but they didn't" he took a deep breath and Walked over to where she was standing taking both her hands in his and kissing the knuckles on both sides.

The anger she thought she felt evaporated as soon as she looked in his eyes and saw that he was being truthful.

"I am sorry for ignoring you this whole week, please let me make it up to you"

Maybe falling for him wasn't that bad of an idea.
