The next morning before breakfast Kattinss and Peeta went the gym were then trainer Caroline told some execrises. Firstly she told them to run two hours on a treadmill. Secondly she told them to swim two hundred kilometers.

Then later after breakfast they went to their selfdefence class were their trainer Phillip tought them some selfdefence tricks.

Then later they went their panthouse were their mentor Haymitch told some tricks to went the game.

"Do you now the biggest key to win this game "asked Haymitch to Kattinss and Peeta . "No "said Kattinss to Haymitch. "You have to make people like you "said Haymitch to Kattinss and Peeta. "Today in your next class you have to make allies, the more allies you get the more chances you have of winning "said Haymitch to Kattinss and Peeta.

Then later they went to the allies class. "Now remmber today you have to make allies "said Haymitch to Kattinss and Peeta.

Then later entered the room where they met Cinna who was their guide and their mentor.

"Good evening "said Cinna to Kattinss and Peeta. "Good evening "said Peeta and Kattinss to Cinna. 

Then later Kattinss went  an old lady who having a problem in finding her hearing aid.

"Hello "said Kattinss to the old lady. "What are you looking for "asked Kattinss to the old lady. Then old lady pointed towards her ear and then Kattinss found her hearing aid under her coats pocket. "Here "said Kattinss to the old lady.

Then they placed the hearing aid under her ear.

"Thankyou dear "said The old lady to Kattinss. "What is your name? "asked The old lady to  K attinss. "Kattinss Everdeen "said Kattinss to the old lady. "What a lovely name " said the old lady to Kattinss. "My name is Maggie West "said Maggie to Kattinss. "So Maggie will you be my friend"asked Kattinss to Maggie. "Yes "said Maggie to Kattinss.

Then Kattinss told Maggie how to use a bow an arrow and later everyone saw and want to become freinds with Kattinss and Peeta.

Except for district 1's members Cato and Lavina.

Then later Kattinss and Peeta went to the panthouse and had dinner.
