Two

~Naomi's POV~

I swear to god, Kelsey is never off her phone anymore, it's Tuesday and she has only just started the picture for the man that came in yesterday.

"Kelsey put the phone way, you need to finish the picture for the man," ~I told her, spinning around in my chair.  

"I know, but Daniel's texting me." ~She complained, looking at me.

"I wouldn't care if Donald Trump was texting you, wait, yes I would. Come on, your job is more important than him at the moment." ~I told her and she nodded.

She put her phone on the side next to mine and went back to her artwork. 

My phone buzzed but I ignored it until it buzzed again.

My phone then began to ring, I saw it was Jonah. I lied saying I was going to take some more pictures before running outside and answering the call. 

"Hey, Jonah," ~I said.

 "Hey Naomi, how are you?" ~He asked he had a really tired voice.

 "I'm good, how are you?" ~I asked him as I heard him yawn. 

"I'm good, I have a question for you though." ~He asked. 

"What is it?" ~I asked.

"I was wondering if you maybe wanted to go on a date when I come to Washington with Daniel." ~He asked and I squealed on the inside. 

"As friends?" ~I asked, thinking he would say yes. 

"I was thinking more like boyfriend and girlfriend." ~He answered. 

"OH MY GOSH YES!" ~I shouted.

I heard him laughing as I jumped up and down on the pavement. 

"So, are we dating now then?" ~I asked again and he laughed once more.

"Yes, we are Naomi." ~He said yawning again. 

"Yay, but Jonah, I'm going to let you get some sleep, I'll talk to you tonight, bye," ~I said as he ended the call. 

I ran back inside to Kelsey and saw her holding my camera.

"Taking photos? Or talking to Jonah?" ~She asked and I blushed.

"Talking to Jonah but now, I HAVE A BOYFRIEND!" ~I squealed and she put my camera down and hugged me tightly.

"I'm so happy for you!" ~She said as we jumped up and down. 

There was a family and a couple walked in behind us, the couple was holding one of the pictures for sale and the family were stood at the desk waiting for Kelsey. 

I served the couple, taking their money and giving them change while Kelsey talked to the family about some drawings that she was going to be doing for them. 

When we had finished with work it was 8:30 PM. We had closed up the shop and decided to go to Mc Donald's.

While we were ordering the song 'Something Different' came on the radio. Kelsey and I sang along before collecting our food and getting in my car. 

"So did you finish the drawing for the man?" ~I asked.

"Yep, and I'm drawing something for you, so be prepared on Sunday, you're going to love it!" ~Kelsey told me.

"Wait really?" ~I asked pulling up outside her house.

"Yup, just you wait and see." ~She said walking into her apartment.

"SEE YOU KELSEY!" ~I shouted driving off, time to play some GTA.
