Meeting The Real Dad

Chapter 2:

Justin

Toni & I had walked to Tay Baby's house, which is her cousins house & we stayed for a bit. I walkd her home then I had went home myself.

I sat in bed thinking about Toni's & I relationship. Ive never really met her dad, Ive met her mom, Gloria plenty of times but Ive still never met her father. Is he tall, bulky? Small, skinny? I'm ot sure. Well shit, I'm about to find out. I grabbed my keys & headed out of my window. I started to walk towards Toni's neighborhood. You know your in her neighborhood when you start to hear yelling & loud music & car racing.

I went to her front door & took a glance at my watch, 9:37 PM I knocked on the door hoping for an answer. Gloria came to the door laughing with a cigarette in her mouth & a beer can in her left hand, "Oh Hello Justin! Toni get your ass in here! Bring your father to meet your boy toy!" She laughed, like the shit was funny.

A large ass muscular Puerto Rican dude came to the door with Toni following behind him. He had tattoos everhwere, he scared the shit out of me. "Toni, is this nigga you been fucking?" He hissed. "No." She spat through gritted teeth. Her curly hair was in a ponytail on top of her head & she had sweats & a tanktop on. 

The man grabbed her hair & slapped her. I charged after the man, which I'm guessing is her father. I was on top of him punching him in the face. "Justin! Get the fuck up!" Gloria screamed at me. I got off him & I saw that I had done damage to his face. 

"Toni, get your fuck buddy out of my house before I kill him, Mija Now." Gloria said.

Toni pushed me out of the door cursing under her breath until we met the air. 

"Justin, why did you come here?" she softly asked. "Believe it or not, I wanted to meet your father, I wanted his blessing I guess. Not for marriage right now, but as of our relationship." I said angrily. I thought to myself for a minute before my thoughts were interupted by soft plump lips onto mine. Toni soon made her hands way to my hair and she pulled tightly at the ends.

She broke the kiss away & looked down at her shoeless feet, "Don't fucking do that again. If your gonna come unexpectedly again, make sure my parents are sober, idiot." Toni sighed smiling.

Toni walked back to her house & I left back to my own, again. I crawled up to my window again & layed in bed. I kicked my shoes off & felt myself drifiting into sleep.

I woke up this morning hearing my Papa yell at my Mama. I sighed & got dressed it's summer break & I'm ready to leave off for college & shit now. I wont really be going to college though because were broke. The man Justin met last night, that's not my real papa. My Papa is in Jail in Chicago. Ive been plannning to visit him.

Iwalked downstairs to see my Mama & "Papa" on the couch making out, I gagged on the inside but I kept it in. I went to the door & slammed it shut. I walked to Justins house & knocked on the door. Jazzy, Justin's little sister answered the door. 

"TONI I MISSED YOU OMG TONI" Jazzy Squealed as she opened the door. I laghed & picked her up, I ruffled her hair then whispered into her ear, "How about later, we go get doughnuts?" She clapped excitedly & hopped out of my arms. I smiled & went into Justin's room.

The bum was still sleeping when I made my way up there so I layed on his bed. "Babe, Baby, Boo, Bae, Baby Boo, Sweetheart, Bugga Boo, Honey, Love of my Life." I started to say, I seen Justin smiling but I just kept going, "Father of my soon kids, Soon-to-be-husband, My Man, Babeeeee! wake up!" 

"Ive been awake since, 'Baby Boo'" He laughed.

"Then why didn't you get up?" I sternly said, trying not to laugh.

"Because I wanted to hear you keep going with the names."

"I love you."

"I love you too"

"Forever?"

"Forever."
