He laughed and brushed loose strands of hair out of my face. Then he leaned in. Closer. And closer! And...

"NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!" I screamed.
I had been having just about the best dream EVER. Niall Horan was about to kiss me!!!!!!!!!!!! Ahhhhh!!!!!!
"Mia!" my seven year old brother Parker ran into the room, "Are you okay?"
"Yeah I'm fine. Just the Niall dream again," And yes. This has been a reoccurring dream. For 6 months. I have issues...Anyways!
"Oh. You should see someone about that. Well, time to get up!" Parker ran back into the hall.
I groaned as I stood up. I was super sore from dance last night. My pointe teacher, Ms. Bella, kept us an hour late.
I threw on a baggy t-shirt and some boyfriend jeans and dashed down stairs.
"Hey sweetie," said a kind voice from the kitchen.
"Hi mom!" I replied, "What's for breakfast?"
"Bacon," she answered, "But hurry; you have to catch the bus! Oh, and Stella's mom is taking you to dance today."
"Sounds good."
I snatched a few pieces of bacon and grabbed my 1D backpack as I ran outside to the bus stop.

"Hi, Mia," said Mrs. Jenkins, Stella's mom, "How was your day?"
"Fine. I'm excited for competition practice." I answered.
"I'm not," said Stella.
"Why? You love to dance!" I was shocked. My best friend, Stella Jenkins, loved to dance as much as me. And that was a lot. I love to dance almost as much as I love 1 Direction.
"Kelly Rodriguez is on the team this year." she rolled her eyes.
"Seriously?" I asked.
"Seriously." Stella confirmed.
"But she's not even that good! How did she make the team?"
"Wait wait." interjected Mrs. Jenkins,"I thought you girls were friends with Kelly."
"We were...." said Stella.
"But then she joined the team." I concluded.
Mrs. Jenkins have us a confused look.
"We are on the team," we said at the same time.
Another confused look.
"The team is our thing."
"Oh," she was still confused. But she dropped the subject.
"Bye girls! Mia, your mom will pick you up at 8:45," said Mrs. Jenkins.
"Bye!" we hopped out of the van and ran into the studio.
"Jazz starts at 3:50 today ladies," said Millie, the front desk worker.
"Thanks," we dashed into the changing room. I pulled on some green dance shorts and a baggy purple tee.
"Okay girls! Warm up. I'll be right back" My jazz teacher, Leah told us.
I dropped into my left split and rolled through middle into my right. Once I felt warm I approached Kelly.
"So I heard you made competition," I lifted my foot above my head.
"Yeah. I wasn't surprised. I'm pretty great." She gloated.
"You'll be a wonderful addition to the team," I lied. I gave her an extra enthusiastic smile and skipped over to Stella.
Just as I was about to tell her what Kelly said, Leah entered the room.
"Let's get started,"
Hope you guys liked it! Sorry it was kinda short. And bad. It will get better, don't worry. So...
