"625, 627," I mumbled to myself as I passed doors, "Ah! 629!"
I fitted my key into the lock and twisted. Inside was the most magnificent dorm room in the history if dorm rooms.
On one side there was a huge ceiling-to-floor window. In the middle of the room was the comfiest looking white couch I've ever seen and a matching chair. In between them was a glass coffee table stacked with plenty of dance magazines. A plush green carpet covered the floor. A mini fridge and microwave were in one corner. There were flowers everywhere. Hanging from the high ceiling, potted on the floor, in vases on the tables. On the other wall there were two doors. I was guessing one of them led to the bedroom. Maybe the other led to the bathroom.
"Hello?" I shouted.
No answer.
I walked over to the left side door and knocked. Still no answer.
"Hello?" I asked as I turned the knob.
The room was a giant dance studio. In the middle was a girl doing fouetté turns. I counted 5 just as I was standing there. She fell out of the turn and groaned in frustration.
"Um, excuse me, I'm Mia Bernstein, your roommate." I waved.
"Who asked." She said under her breath.
I ignored it. "Those turns were beautiful. I wish I could do that."
"I don't think so. I fell out of my turn. My arms were to low, and I wasn't using full extension." She stood up and walked towards me.
"Sophiana Lucas, the pleasure is yours," she shoved past me and slammed the door to the bedroom.
"Okay then." I walked over to my bags and started to look through my box.
Then I felt a sharp pain in my gut. I looked down. Blood streaked my clothes.
Sophiana was standing over me with a dagger in her hand.
"That's for killing my sister." She did a backflip out the window.
Then magic taco fairy flew in.
"Sing little flower. Shine in the light. Close your eyes and take flight!" she sang.
Then everything went black. I was dead.
THE END! I kinda just a gave up. It barely had any reads. Yeah. I'm writing a new book. So yeah. Bai.
