Chapter Two: Meet Our Family

Kira's POV

The last thing I remember before we blacked out was 2 boys standing in front of us, telling us that they had to take Caitlyn and I away. I have to admit, I would have been even more terrified than I already was, but Toby was just so damn cute I couldn't help it. 

I woke up in a very put together room. Everything seemed to be placed where it should be. Admiring the decor, I noticed something. An axe in the dim corner of the room. It was startling seeing something that could be used as a death weapon sitting in plain sight. 

"Oh, you're awake!" The boy Toby walked into the room in a very happy manner. 

"Y-yeah..." I mentally slapped myself for stuttering in front of somebody who was attractive. 

"It's okay, you don't have to be scared. I don't bite. Unless, that is, you want me to." He smirked and looked at my light blushing face. 

Speechless, I closed my eyes to just take everything in. I felt somebody's presence closer to me. I opened them back up to find that Toby was now standing right in front of me, staring down at my face. I looked up to him, still a little frightened. Under his mouth guard I could see he was MAJORLY blushing. I didn't really know how to react, I mean, nobody has ever really done that because of me before. I just smiled softly, which made him giggle. 

"Hey Kira, let's go get Caitlyn and Jeff. We'll introduce you to our family."

I nodded in agreement as he led me to a room down the hall. The door opened, and out stepped a smiling Caitlyn. 

"Oh my god Kira, YOU'RE OKAY!"

"See? I told you she was safe with Toby." Jeff said with pride in his voice.

Toby took my hand, as Jeff did with Caitlyn. They guided us throughout the house, or mansion as you would call it. We walked down the creeking stairs into the living, or family room. We stood at the foot of the landing when a very tall man, with no face 'looked' towards us.

"Ah, yes. You're here." His loud voice boomed when he spoke. 

Everybody in the room looked towards us. My eyes first went to a boy wearing all green. His eyes were red, and almost looked like they were bleeding. I looked directly into them and he smiled at me.

We were introduced to all of them. There was Eyeless Jack, who wore a blue mask. BEN was the boy in the green. Slenderman is the tall man, and the fatherly figure to all of them. Sally is the little girl. Smile is a dog who belongs to Jeff. Masky and Hoodie were the two who loved cheesecake. Laughing Jack, or LJ for short, out of all of them had to be my favorite, except for Toby. LJ offered me to sit beside him and I took his offer. Caitlyn was acting pretty awkward towards everybody, although she's always been like that. 

Sally came to sit on my lap while we got to know everybody a bit better. I found out that Toby and I have a strange amount in common. I guess you could say we bonded, A LOT. Jeff and Caitlyn were no slouch, either. They were talking non-stop since we sat down. 

"Well, I think I'm going to sleep." Toby said, "You all should, too." He winked at me and slowly walked up the stairs. That was weird. I looked up at Caitlyn and she nodded. 

"Where might we be sleeping tonight?" I asked.

"Oh heh.. Funny you should mention that..." Slenderman paused, "You see.. All of our rooms are currently occupied by some that have been asleep this time. So you two will have to share rooms with somebody in the house."

I looked straight to Jeff and started laughing. I knew what he was thinking, and he knew I got it too. We both stood up and looked over at Caitlyn. 

"So... Caitlyn... You know who you're sharing with yet?" Jeff asked with a smirk

"Hmmmm oh I wonder who she would share with.. It's not like she thinks anybody is decently attractive in this household..." I said with a little sarcastic tone. If looks could kill, I would have been dead at that moment. She just stood up and walked up onto the landing. "... Let's go -.-" Jeff looked back at me and gave me a fist bump. I laughed seeing that, I knew she would thank me later.

"Kira, I'm sure Toby would be delighted to see you right now. Please, go." Slenderman lead me back upstairs to the hallway that I awoke in. I thanked him and knocked on the door. Toby answered with a very cheerful voice

"Oh man KiIIRRAAA! We're gonna have a sleepover tonight!" He literally pulled me inside his room and sat me down on his bed. We stayed up and talked for a while, but I could tell how tired he was and I was tired myself. 

"Toby, let's actually sleep now. I can tell we both need it." He nodded.

I climbed under the covers to feel two arms wrap around my waist. I blushed and opened my eyes.

"I hope you don't mind, you're really warm." I smiled at his comment. I didn't mind at all. I fell asleep moments later still questioning, if this was all real.
