"You know that both Zach and Jack like you right?" He said. We both gazed into each other's eyes. "I know," I whispered. "Are you going to date one of them?" He whispered back. "Why are we whispering?" I asked. Both of us laughed together.
"You avoided my question," Daniel said. I groaned and threw my head back. I laughed softly. " I don't know." He tilted my head to face him. "You don't have to choose. Know that none of us are making you." I sighed. "I know. I just want them to tell me face to face. Like I hate it when people tell me instead of them telling me." He nodded. "No, I understand."
I smiled. "Just know that I'll always be here. Don't be afraid to tell me anything." He said. I looked down at the floor. "You want the truth." I looked up at him. He put one hand on cheek. I held his hand. "I really like you. Even though we just meet. I just feel like I've known you forever" I said quietly. Daniel sighed. "As much I would say yes. I'm just not ready." He said the last part quietly. I half-heartedly smiled and nodded. I kissed the top of his head and got up.
3rd person
Y/N got up and walked down the hall. Daniel deeply regretted that. He honestly loved and cared for Y/N. But he really wasn't ready. Plus it wouldn't be fair for Zach and Jack. Daniel has always been your favorite. He's just the best person ever. The first impression wasn't the best, but he made up for it. Daniel really didn't want to go back into the room, but it's been more than 5 minutes.
Daniel' POV
I felt horrible. I didn't mean to hurt Y/N, but I really wasn't ready. I was still hurt by the rejection. I really do care about her. As I slowly walked back into the room. As soon as I walked in, all eyes were on me. "Were's Y/N?" Corbyn said jumping up from the couch, making Christina jump. "She went home," I said looking down at the floor. "At least tell me she's alright.
