To Luke: And what is that question?

From Luke: Do you have a boyfriend?

I didn't know what to say after that, honestly, he was cute and all but I really had strong feelings for Shawn I always have, ever since we met. We met when we were 10 and I know he'll never feel the same way. Me and Shawn act like we're dating ... I'll just tell him it's complicated.

To Luke: Well, it's complicated..

It took him about 3 minutes to reply.

From Luke: Well, there goes my chances with the most beautiful girl in the world.

I was in the middle of texting him back when Shawn texted me,

From Shawnyy❤️: Hey my absolute gorgeous bestfriend, want to hang out today?

The text from Shawn interrupted my text to Luke I quickly clicked on Shawn's text and told him yes I wanted to hang out.

I was getting ready to hang out with Shawn, I was wearing a pair of high wasted shorts, with my mint green crop top, I was wearing my black vans and I curled my hair because why not.

Once Shawn arrived we hugged and then just stated into eachother's eyes he then said, "Grace, your eyes are beautiful!"

I started blushing. We didn't know what to do so we were playing 21 questions.

I started,

Question 1: What's your favorite place to go?

he answered, Taco Bell duh.

Then he asked,

Question 2: What's your favorite food?

I answered, lasagna or tacos by far.

Question 3: Who would you take a bullet for?

he answered: you, Emma, my sister, and the boys.

Question 4:

What is your favorite movie?

I answered, the fault in our stars definitely.

Then, question 5, question literally ruined my whole life completely.

I asked, "Who do you like and why?"

.. He sat there for a minute and I said "oh c'mon just tell me!"

Then he blurted out .. "Emma"

...Emma? I questioned.

"Yeah Emma, he eyes are perfect, we've known eachother for a while and her laugh is so cute. The way she smiles just gives me butterflies. I don't know I guess I just really fell for her.

I said I had to go take a shower because I was going out to eat with my cousin. Shawn gave me a hug then left.

Shit, I wasn't taking a shower or going out. I was so pissed off, more of sad. But I was pissed too. I was scrolling down Instagram when I realized I forgot to text Luke back.

To Luke: Who said you didn't have a chance with me. (;
