I'll always be with you, RWBY Pyrrha x Male reader Part 2

Awakening

-No ones POV-

   Y/n lay in an Atlas hospital bed, unconscious, breathing slowly, his wounds still fresh. Pyrrha sat next to him her cheeks glistening where her tears had rolled down her face. She held his hand tight, praying he'd wake up soon. The rest of the group sat in the waiting room, silent with grim looks across their faces. A tv was on in the background going over the recent events at Beacon making them all uncomfortable.
"I'm going to check on Pyrrha." Ruby said as she slowly stood up. She peeked her head into the room and saw Pyrrha focused on Y/n.
"H-hey Pyrrha, how are you doing?" Ruby asked awkwardly as she entered the room.
"Not well, I hate seeing Y/n like this. I wish I could have stopped her." Pyrrha replied with a clear mix of anger and sadness in her voice.
"Don't blame yourself. I'm sure you did everything in your power to stop her. It's not your fault this happened." Ruby said in quick response. Pyrrha sat silent, not knowing how to reply when she suddenly felt a hand on her shoulder.
"Don't worry, we'll recover from this and get stronger. And one day we'll get back at the people who did this... partially because it's in our job description." Ruby said. Pyrrha made a small smile and returned to Y/n as Ruby walked away.

A few days later Pyrrha was sleeping, when someone started to wake her up.
  "Pyrrha... Pyrrha wake up. Wake up." This continued until Nora butted in.
  "WAKE UP PYRRHA!" Nora yelled causing Pyrrha to practically jump out of her seat.
    "What's going on?" Pyrrha asked looking at her friends.
    "Um well..." Ruby started to say as she was pointing towards the hospital bed. Pyrrha turned around to see Y/n sitting up in the hospital bed.
    "*Yawns* Well that was one helluva nap." He said as he stretched. After about a minute of frozen shock Pyrrha jumped forward into Y/n wrapping her arms around him in a violent hug. Y/n proceeded to wrap his arms around Pyrrha who was crying in his arms.
While he continued to comfort her Y/n looked up to the rest of his friends.
    "So, how long was I out?" He asked.
    "Around nine days." Ren said.
    "Huh, I'm assuming that she hasn't left this room the entire time?" He asked pointing down towards Pyrrha.
    "She only left when we made her leave. But she'd rush right back to you as soon as possible." Ruby replied. Y/n looked down at Pyrrha who was currently resting her head on his chest and smiled. Eventually Pyrrha let go and returned to her seat.
    "So what happens now?" Y/n asked everyone.
    "We're going to Mistral to meet up with the Huntsman academy." Ruby said as Qrow walked into the room and looked at Y/n.
    "Huh, the kids awake. Still we've gotta go, those two can catch up to us later." He said while pulling out his flask.
    Slowly everyone left the room saying their goodbyes until it was only Y/n and Pyrrha.
"Thank you Pyrrha, for staying with me while I was out." Y/n said while looking down.
"I'm sorry for putting you and everyone else through that." He continued.
"It's not your fault." Pyrrha said while squeezing his hand.
"It's her fault, the woman who attacked us." She said.
Y/n looked up and locked eyes with Pyrrha.
"Don't worry, we'll get her back." He said with a small smile. Then both of them slowly closed in and shared a passionate kiss.
