"I am just going out for a little bit. I will be back in an hour" I told my parents.
"Ok be careful." My mom warned me
I nodded as I walked out the door. I just need to clear my head. I have to figure out a way to tell my parents I don't want this life. I wanna do what I want. But I just don't know how.
I decide to walk downtown and sit at the park. At least there I know I can clear my head.
It takes me about 10 minutes to walk there because there is no traffic which is odd for this time. It's only 8pm. Must be an off day I said to myself.
I found an empty bench and sat down. It was nice because this bench was right in front of pond so I felt kinda relaxed sitting here.
I didn't how long I'd been sitting there. I was so lost in thought that I hadn't noticed a boy wearing a beanie and sunglasses sit down next to me.
He looked kinda odd for wearing sunglasses at night but I'm not one to judge. I just brushed him off because I honestly just wanted to think. Little did I know this boy would change my life and be that thing I needed to tell my parents I didn't want the life they planned for me. My name is Abby and this is the story of the boy who turned my world upside down.
