Chapter 2

When I woke up it was daytime, it was blurry, and I could not feel my body. I had the worst headache, I looked around and the first thing I saw was flowers from the family and my friends. The second was that I was in St. Elizabeth's Hospital room 315, at least that's the number I saw. The third was Dallas on the couch sleeping, he had cuts all over his body and his face was bloody still and his chest was cut open but he must of refused a bandage.

" good morning Lizzy. Do you know where you are?" asked the doctor "no I do not fully know. Who are you?" I had responded "I am Dr. Pepper and you are in the hospital. Do you remember what happened October 5th" yes very well? Can I see my parents and friends and my boyfriend please!!!" I asked " yes you can I will go and get them personally." she said as leaving

Then she left the room, came back 5 min later with my mom, dad, Lexie, Maddy, and Allyson. Allyson had walked straight up to me and told me how I have been in the hospital for 2 weeks in a coma and that I am not supposed to move my body because I could break the rest of what I still had and I was scared to death. She also told me how Dallas has been without food or water for 2 weeks for me because he did not want to miss my wake up and how he just fell asleep for the first time in 2 weeks.

¨ do you want me to wake him up" Allyson asked me

"No please let him sleep, " I said

Dallas did not need to even be awake to hear me. He ran up to me and started to cry and apologize for what had happened. My mom and dad gave me a huge but gentle hug.

After a few weeks I was allowed to go home, but I was on bed rest with a broken leg and my left arm were broken. Dallas had brought me my homework from school and helped me on what I did not know. Lexie brought me get well cards from everyone in the school because I was supper known and popular but I loved everyone even if they are unpopular.

Whenever the girls came over we would hang out and talk about prom and how school was no fun without me and how I might be able to go to school in a week, but I had to be in a wheelchair for about 2 months because of how severe my leg is.

A few days later we were hanging out and decided to get some subway for lunch we all got a foot long, a bag of chips, and a soda. We hung out and watched a movie and ate our food at my house, it was fun. We decided what I was going to wear To the school on Monday it was a beautiful outfit, black leggings with my knee-high boots and a silver crop top with sparkles. I also wore my black choker with silver sparkles and I wore my golden backpack with the outfit to allow it to match.

My mom came and woke me up because it was my big day the last week of school and I got to go to school today even though my leg was still broken I got to go and see my friends. when my mom dropped me off at school there was a crowd of people waiting for me, and I was in shock because they were there for me. The all were asking to do things for me and asked me if they could sign my cast and I told them they could and I had about a thousand signature on my leg and arm I hated being in a cast and wheelchair.

Prom was away in summer for my school because during the school year it would be to much.
