[The Few Day Later ]

Sugar's P.O.V~
It was late in the afternoon. Dolly and I were looking for matching dresses for our song together. It's been 4 days we all been on edge not knowing when the Lounge is closing. Most places get closed the next 4 day, that's what Jerry told us.

So for our last show Jerry allowed us to sing together. We been looking for dresses for the longest.

"How about this one?"I told dolly as I showed her a red sparkling dress. She took it from my hand and looked at it. "I love it," she responded. I smiled and grabbed a dress that was my size and she did the same. We both been looking for a job. Which we found as waitress. It wasn't singing but still something. We both knew it wasn't easy to find another lounge since most aren't looking or are closed.

"You think he'll be there?" Dolly asked "I don't know. I don't think so he hasn't been there the pass 3 days," I told her and sighed softly. We both went to the cashier and paid for the dresses. We got our bags and walked down the street. We both hummed the tune of our song and went to the lounge to have a last rehearsal.

Michael's P.O.V ~
I haven't been in the lounge. Brad has told me that the whole lounge has a feeling it's closing. That today it's there last day open. Which it really isn't. I'm known for saying I'm closing a place in 4 days. Today is the 4th day. I'm going to see there "final show" and talk to the owner.

I got to my room and got dressed for the evening. I was wearing a navy blue suit no bowtie. It was formal. Brad didn't know I was going. I drove myself over the the Lounge. I got out my car and put on my sunglasses. It wasn't sunny. I just wanted to put my sunglasses on.

I walked inside and saw Brad sitting there. I walked over to him and sat across from him.
"How much did I miss?" I asked him
"Not much actually," he asked looking over at me. "To bad it's closing"
"It's not. What you told me last time we talked got me thinking. I shouldn't put her out of a job for no good reason,"I told him
He looked at me and raised an eyebrow at me.

The lights went down and music started to play. We both looked at the stage. The curtain went up.

"We're just two little girls from Little Rock
We lived on the wrong side of the tracks
But the gentlemen friends who used to call
They never did seem to mind at all
They came to the wrong side of the tracks" they both went down the stairs as they sang. It was the girl who has my heart and Dolly if I recall the girl that talked to us first.

"Then someone broke my heart in Little Rock" she sang as she placed her hand on her chest
"So I up and left the pieces there
Like a little lost lamb I roamed about
I came to New York and I found out
That men are the same way everywhere" she sang as she walked to the right side of the stage.

"I was young and determined to be wined and dined and ermined
And I worked at it all around the clock
Now one of these days in my fancy clothes
I'm a go back home and punch the nose"
"Of the one who broke my heart" Dolly sang "the one who broke my heart" she followed behind her
"The one who broke my heart in Little Rock, Little Rock, Little Rock... Little Rock" they both sang as they did a small dance routine

"I'm just a little girl from Little Rock
A horse used to be my closest pal
Though I never did learn to read or write
I learned about love in the pale moonlight
And now I'm an educated gal" Dolly sang as she walked and moved to the left side of stage

"I learned an awful lot in Little Rock
And here's some advice I'd like to share :" she paused and went upstage and sang softly the music started to slow down
"Find a gentleman who is shy or bold
Or short or tall, or young or old"

"As long as the guy's a millionaire!" They both sang as the music started to be upbeat again

"For a kid from the small street I did very well on Wall Street
Though I never owned a share of stock
And now that I'm known in the biggest banks
I'm going back home and give my thanks" they both sang as they both went up the stairs agajn
"To the one who broke my heart" Dolly sang "the one who broke my heart" she sang right after
"The one who broke my heart..." they both went to the middle of the staircase and paused.
"In Little Rock!" They finished as everyone else clapped.

I was on stage and saw him. I didn't know what I was thinking. Once everyone was done clapping I jumped of stage.
"Sugar, where are you going?" Dolly asked me as I was walking to his table.

I got to his table and took off his glasses to see who he was and I was surprised.
