I have told you to stop thinking about me,
but do you ever?I have told you to stop loving me,
but did you ever? You were up and gone,
you were left and right.I had told you to stay,
to stay when I needed you the most. But never,
you were never there
on my darkest nights and my brightest nights.I promised my heart to you,
my skin, bone, and soul. You shattered my heart,
tore my skin,
broke my bones,
and blew away my soulTomorrow is gone,
just like youThe wind whips past us,
just like youIt was as if we were nothing,
nothing to each otherBut I guess that's how it's meant to be,
just nothing...and the bridges we had built for each other were torn down, and the ruins were never touched again
