The waitress came back soon and somehow, she was showing more skin then before. She had rolled her shirt up and hiked her skirt up as well, a mini skirt and a crop top.

That's got to be against restaurant guidelines.

"So what can I get you to drink, cutie?" She said, flashing her smile at Daniel.

"Just water please."

"And you?" She asked, not even bothering to look in Chloe's direction.

"A sweet tea please."

The girl walked away, swaying her hips as she did.
Chloe rolled her eyes.
"Does this happen everywhere you go?"

"I don't know what your talking about." Daniel said with a grin.

"Oh like I believe that. Do girls just throw themselves at you, is this a normal thing?"

"You should, It's the truth." Daniel said, completely ignoring her question.

Chloe rolled her eyes again.

"She's only acting like that because your with me, here, watch, I'll make it stop." Daniel said with a grin.

Chloe gave him a confused look as he watched for the waitress.

"Look, there she comes. Give me your hand."

"What?"

"Just take my hand." Daniel whispered and held out his hand. Chloe did as he asked.

The snotty waitress seemed to be taken aback when she saw their hands entwined. She placed Daniels water down, but practically threw Chloe's sweet tea, making it spill all over the table. The waitress marched away and Daniel burst out laughing.

"Daniel!"

"Sorry-" he said in between laughs. "I wasn't expecting that!"

"Screw you, Daniel Seavey!" Chloe said, trying not to laugh.

"I mean...is that what your trying to do?"

Chloe face flushed and she looked at Daniel with irritation.

"What?!" Daniel laughed, "You love me, and you know it."

"More like barley tolerate. You made that waitress so flustered that she didn't even take our order!"

Daniel continued to laugh, and if Chloe didn't have sweet tea spilled on her shirt, she probably would be laughing too.

"I know, imagine how she would react if we kiss-"

"No. No. No. absolutely not."
