The Love Story of Sheik and Ike

Chaper 1: Sheik's pov.

    I slowly make my way into the throne room, I honestly hate coming here. I've always kind of had a rough life, being the biggest secret mistake of the king. My name is Sheik Hyrule and I am the daughter of the king but not from the queen. My mother is the general of Hyrule, of course with that you work closely to the king. The king being unhappy with marriage forced my mother to sleep with him making me in process. When I was born I wanted nothing to do with the royal family, so I was hidden away to make sure no one learned of me. My father always treated me like shit, making me do anything he didn't want my half sister to do. My sister Zelda is everything to me and surprisingly we were born on the same day when though she's 3 years older. I spent my while life training to be a fighter like my mother and everything worked out. I became Zelda's personal bodyguard so I got everywhere with her. Its everything I could ask for and I wouldn't have it any other way

    The war between Fire Emblem has finally ended giving everyone a breath of fresh air from the fighting. A peace treaty  was discussed a few days ago and I haven't been made aware of the terms yet. Unlike me Zelda is real royalty with her mother her mother being the queen and her father being the king. Zelda will be queen when she turns 20 and I know things around here will be better. I can't wait to be free of our awful father but sadly I have to wait 2 more years because she's only 18. Me on the other hand, I just turned 15 and have a long way to go before I'm an adult.

      I shake my had pushing away unneeded thoughts. I sigh as I open the door to room full of people. I quickly make my way to my sister and stand by her quietly. Zelda gives me a nice smile with a wave. "I'm glad you made it on time" she looks at me with lovingly and pats my head. I look up at her " of course I'm here on time " I smirk and look over at king as my smile fades. The sits in his throne as everyone becomes quiet. "Now I'm sure your all happy about the peace in our king and would like to know the terms of keeping it this way. Well Fire Emblem has requested that we send them a princess". As soon as the words left his mouth people started to panic and Zelda had a worried look on her face. " Father what is the meaning of this, to agree to sell me off" Zelda had a terrified look on her face and her voice cracked while speaking. The king smirked and looked around the room. "We're not sending Zelda, but instead we'll send Sheik in her place. She has royal blood going through her and now it will be of use". He look around and no made a sound " It is decided that Sheik will be sent to be the general's bride". I couldn't move or breath, what's happening and why is no one saying anything. Zelda looked at our father " I will not let you, Sheik is not something to be given". Our father gave her a disappointed look. "I thought you wouldn't be so childish Zelda, the order is given and there's nothing you can do about it". Zelda was about to say something but the queen touches her shoulder and guides her out. I slowly make my way out as people avoid eye contact with
