natsuki convinces the whole club to go to a carnival across town. monika is really good at winning carnival games and gives all the prizes to sayori and natsuki. the two girls fight over who gets each prizes but yuri eventually breaks them up. natsuki claims that she could make better cupcakes than the ones they are selling. everyone goes on the ferris wheel in pairs of two. yuri and natsuki, monika and sayori, and the main character is left alone to sit in their own cart. fireworks go off while they're on the ride and natsuki covers her ears because she doesn't like the noise. yuri holds her to try and distract her but it doesn't work so she ends up kissing her. natsuki is flustered for the rest of the trip. monika and sayori held hands, but they did it discreetly so no one would know.
