"Today the UN has ordered an emergency meeting, after the end of bioterrorist Abigail Walker's reign of terror over Seattle with her successful arrest by American DUP forces, to negotiate turning the American Department of Unified Protection into an international agency as they have shown time and time again that they are not only able to stop a bioterrorist but make multiple arrests with minimal casualties and no collateral damage, the negotiations are expected to lead to the forming of branches of the DUP in France as well as South Korea, The UK including it's commonwealth and Japan with the service being available to other nations should they wish to gain their own units." The reporter read off the teleprompter in front of him as he stood reporting in front of the Parisian government building, the building was swarming with guards, whether it was police or military only depended on the part of the building they were deployed in, anyone would have thought that with the amount of riflemen alone it would have been enough to stop anything. But they would only be wrong.
The forecourt was sent into anarchy as the ear piercing sound of an explosion taking out the eastern side of the building followed by the distinctive orange glow of the resulting inferno as all the men and women who stood strong guarding the ambassadors of every nation moments before, ran to the inferno in the blind panic to save everyone they could while the news teams just dropped everything and ran into the streets previously behind them leaving all their equipment and even the vans they were broadcasting their footage from.
Half an hour later and the same thing had happened to 4 mope places; The Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, The Arc De Triumph and the Disney village. An attack on everything the city was famous for. This was the part which finally pushed the capital into an all out crisis, the police couldn't keep control of all of the blast sites while stopping the citizens from looting stores leaving the city vulnerable for the terrorists to stage a coup on the streets of Paris using pick ups with mounted LMG's as motorised infantry and every last one of them baring the famous Kalashnikov AK-47 to help them turn the city of romance into a city of terror.
Every last street was screaming deja vu, from the citizens struggling to survive to the terrorists, The First Sons, having re-emerged and claimed responsibility for the explosions killing thousands with the same type of device as used in the Empire City explosion to attempt to create a new generation of conduits, making it no surprise when the survivors started executing anyone they thought to be a conduit, which lead to the quarantine of Paris from the remainder of society in a desperate attempt to contain the anarchy and suffocate the First Sons arms supplies as an act accompanied with the decision to put Paris under martial law although the French armed forces started a desperate operation to evacuate every survivor from the war zone that had become of the capital.
Although they were only a terrorist organisation, they were far from technologically disadvantaged as they had spent the time after Empire City growing stronger, whether it was by acquiring better gear, recruiting more or their advancements in the labs which were far from ethical leading to the birth of new weapons, they would always remain one step ahead of everyone else.
