Delta Company was awoken to the sounds of music coming from the VDV camp, which was only separated from the cadets by a few rows of chairs, followed by the shouts of an MP running out trying to get them to turn their songs off.

"Please don't let this be how we get woken up every morning," Elena moaned to herself looking at her newly issued watch to see the half 5 glowing weakly.
"Turn that shit off!" She could hear the MP shouting, his voice fuelled with anger, "Knock it off, you're all complete children, I don't care if it's your fucking alarm clock, You may have the cadets on one side, but you've got the medevac crews on the other side and the officers in between, I highly suggest staying on both of their good sides!" before the music was abruptly stopped.

By that point, most of Delta company was looking around annoyed, seeing who had managed to sleep through the escapade yet found no one.
"For god's sake," One of the cadets, said under her breath, "You'd swear they were the god damn boy scouts acting like that." The girl known as Katya continued, her emerald green eyes trying to see what was happening outside through the tent door which had been left propped open as she pulled her beret off from over her face.

A few minutes past with the cadets talking between themselves before the MP walked into their tent wearing his Spetsnaz of the FSB uniform, leaving all of the cadets pretending to be asleep,

"I know your all awake, I could hear you talking outside," The MP sighed as the cadets moaned as they looked at him, "It looks like you've all got an early start courtesy of the paratroopers, since you'll be accompanied by them you need to be ready to go when they are so get up and get sorted, you kids are going to Disney land." He sarcastically smirked,
"But that's a blast site, it'll be crawling with them," Zoey stuttered in realisation of where they were going,
"What's wrong? I'd have thought the daughter of a paratrooper would have been taught to fear nothing," The MP smirked walking out of the tent as Zoey started to panic.

"Asshole," Elena said under her breath after the MP was out of ear shot, looking over at Zoey, seeing the state that she was in, Zoey had started hyperventilating as thoughts rushed through her head of what could lead to her death and how it would end up like Empire City.

"Someone want to go get a medic for her?" Katya asked as she got up and reached for her body armour which was dumped alongside her patrol pack,

"You go, you're the only one even briefly ready enough to head over there, just leave your armour here, it's hardly going to go anywhere," Elena replied looking around at the rest of her company as Katya hastily put her beret and boots on before running over to the VDV base,

"We need a medic, Zoey's having a mental breakdown," Katya panted as she ran into the tent where she could hear the paras having jokes between themselves, the atmosphere immediately changed from happiness and comradery to concern and panic as their medic and Stepochkin ran out and towards the cadets camp.

"Zoey, What happened?" Stepochkin asked as he sat by Zoey's side, who was now sat up on the side of her bed with her post traumatic stress having over taken all reasonable thought in her mind,

"Dad, I can't do this, I can't go out in another war zone against those terrorists, I don't want to live through Empire City again in reality when I already relive it more than enough in my mind," Zoey whimpered as she pulled her dad into a hug and planted her face into his shoulder,

"Zo, you'll be fine, there's no way for this to end up like Empire City again, and if something should go wrong you'll be in the safe hands of us paras, like before," He said soothingly as he wrapped his arms around her, seemingly comforting Zoey to the point that she had calmed completely before Stepochkin moved aside to let the medic assess whether she was truly unable to be part of the campaign, settling on the conclusion that she would be fine to proceed.
