Chapter 10: Fifteen Dates Later

Josh and Kya were on their fifteenth date. After they left the Chipotle where it all started, Josh took Kya to a special place.

"I'm going to take you somewhere special, Kya." Josh said winking at Kya.

"Really? Where to, Josh?" Kya asked.

"You'll see when we get there." Josh replied.

When they got there Kya realized it was the recording studio.

"Shouldn't this place be closed?" Kya asked Josh in fear that they were doing something they shouldn't be. Kya was a good girl and liked following the rules. She HATED being in trouble.

"I made sure it was okay with the person who runs the studio. It's all covered." Josh said hesitating on what to say. "I-It was just for you." Josh said to Kya.

"So then why'd you bring me here Josh?" Kya asked.

"Kya Lilly Baker, will you... marry me?" Josh asked while he got on one knee and opened the ring case, embarrassed.

"Josh! I'd love to!" Kya cried and hugged Josh.

Lily, Tyler, and Jenna Joseph- Tyler's wife, jumped out from behind a table where they adjusted autotune and all sorts of crazy stuff yelling "CONGRATULATIONS JOSH AND KYA!"

Kya almost sobbed of happiness.

It was worth it burning my hand on a stove at Chipotle.
