Chapter 9: 1 Week Later

Josh decided to take Kya to some Mexican restaurant, which they couldn't tell what it was called because the name was in Mexican. It wasn't the most romantic place, but they both loved it. They sat at a table for two, waiting for their food, Josh wanting a taco, and Kya wanting a Burrito.

"I was wondering..." Josh started nervously. "If you had a choice, would you marry me or no...?" He had hesitation in his voice. Kya could tell he felt embarrassed for asking the question. Josh kept running his hand through his curlyish yellow highlighter hair.

"Well I would say yes, and would enjoy starting a family.... with kids...?" Kya replied back, very nervous and embarrassed.

Josh could tell she was second guessing what she said about the whole "kid" thing. Her face turned as red as a rose.

"I would like to start a family too, with kids...."Josh said more confidently than Kya but still embarrassed.

Kya smiled. Josh smiled back.

Then the waiter came.

"Can I take your order?" A zombie like voice said.

Both Kya and Josh looked up to see a wide man with a TOP shirt on.

"Nice shirt." Josh said sarcastically.

The man just stared at him. After weird silence, Kya said,

"I would like to have the batty burrito with extra cheese and hot sauce on the side please." Kya said.

The man nodded his head. Still looking at his notepad, Josh said,

"I will take the table-of-tacos please."

And with that, they already knew they wanted to stay with each other.
