Elements: Season 1: Rylen and Mincy: part 5 Mid-season Finale

"A power battle!"

Everyone gasps, but Jake looks confused. "We meet in the practice arenas in 4 days, show up or look like a coward!" Says Andrew as he walks away. Jake looks at Mincy and says " Thank you for saving me but, what's a power battle?" Mincy replies " No problem, and a power battle is a fight between two people who use their elemental abilities to determine a dispute." Jake says "if this is actually going to happen then I need to train, Mincy will you help me train?" Mincy replies of course I will!, only if one of my friends gets to come along." Jake replies "Deal,meet me there in 10 minutes" Mincy nods.

*at the Arenas*

Mincy has invited one friend to join her and Jake. The person walks off to a corner. Jake walks up to Mincy and says " So, who's he?" "oh! He is one of my bestest of friends, who is a werewolf and I wanted to see if he wanted to help and he did, his name is Rylen" replies Mincy. Jake walks towards Rylen. Jake says " Hi Rylen we haven't really met but my name is Jake!" Rylen doesn't answer . Jake sees him staring at Mincy and realizes what's going on. "Hello?" Jake taps on Rylen's shoulder. "Ah!" Rylen screams. Rylen calms down and says " You scared me!" Jake replied "well I was trying to have a full blown conversation with you but it seems like you have something on your mind or should I say someone!" Jake turns and looks at Mincy. Rylen squeals and says "Psh... no way I would never we're just friends" Jake says " Just admit it you do have a crush on her!" Rylen replies "No I don't... she would never date me and plus she has a crush on Damon" Rylen's ears go down like a sad puppy. "Rylen!" screams Mimcy "Can you come help me set up the practice simulations?" "I'll be right there!" replies Rylen as he walks off to go meet with Mincy.

5 minutes later..

"Mincy speaks "the simulations are all set up Jake, tell me when to start them!" Jake had changed into some training gear. "Ready!" screams Jake. The simulation starts. A computer voice speaks "Welcome to the training simulations : please train well and stay safe. Now starting level one:Beginners"

Out comes a robot that is white and has yellow knees, shoulders, and the top of its head. The robot has a staff that breaks in half to create a wand. The robot breaks the staff in half and uses one of the wands to shoot water moves at Jake. Jake uses a fire blast and shoots it toward the robot. The robot breaks in half and Jake wins that fight. Jake yells at Mincy and rylen " bump up the difficulty on these things!" Rylen turns a switch but accidentally moves it to the most advanced settings on the robots. Out comes another robot with red eyes and purple clothing. Jake speaks " What's this a level two now?" Jake shoots a fireball at the robot. The robot breaks it's staff into fours and creates a diamond shape outline and expands it with light to create a shield. The shield blocks the attack. The robot makes the staff fully again. Rylen screams at Jake " There may have been a mistake and we gave you the most difficult level on the scale and that is for trained professionals." Jake replies " Don't worry I can try to take it on!" The robot charges at Jake and gets ready to hit Jake with the staff. Jake in desperate attempts tries to dodge the attack but the robot catches on to his moves and hits Jake in the stomach then the back forcing him to fall on the ground. The robot speaks "any last words weak human?" The robot puts out a hand and is ready to shoot Jake with a blast. The word weak echoes in Jake's mind. Jake speaks " I am weak now..." Jake starts to cry "Only because mom is gone, but I am not weak!" Jake gets up and the robot tries to hold Jake down but it can't. Jake puts out a hand and his eyes turn white, his hair turns red, and Jake's voice gets deeper. His hand glows white,red,brown,blue and silver. A mixture of those colors all mix together to make purple and Jake shoots a large beam at the robot disintegrating the robot and the wall behind the robot. After Jake shoots the beam his eyes, hair, and voice turn back to normal and Jake falls to the ground. Mincy and Rylen go to help Jake. The last thing he could see before he blacked out was Rylen and Mincy screaming at him to wake up.
