The point of views in this will be in the style of Heroes Of Olympus by Rick Riordan.
It as a regular morning,at least I wished it was so. My heart thudded as the flames licked at my classroom's walls. A laugh. And before I knew it,I was crashing through the sky, screaming as I clawed at the clouds. I crash landed on a coffee brown boy,who did not take getting landed on happily. We were a tangled mess of limbs.
" Xoco! What the hell? " Screamed a girl with a pony tail, her face contorting to show obvious irritation. I hauled myself up,apologizing.
"Damn Flyers, can't be helped I guess." Another girl chimed, she was easily the tallest of the group, sporting what seemed to be a suit made of white water. But upon closer inspection,it was only the light making it seem that way. When I looked up, there was a canopy of trees that I didn't see earlier,or didn't notice. I reached out to touch the material, curious but she backed up.
"Who are you?" I asked, dazed and confused.
"Well, the boy you fucking landed on is named Xoco, that's Nicxie and I'm Ruima." The one who had backed up introduced me to each one. Suddenly, another girl with diagonal halves of red and blue hair stormed in. "The Ranyo League is still hot on our trail but me and Andre made sure a few couldn't get up." She grinned.
"Bitch, who you?" She glanced at me,pointing crudely at me with an intimidating scythe.
"Oh,a flyer, part of the Winged Warriors Army, must be. Probably the ultraviolet concentrator." Ruima explained,I had no idea what she was saying but I nodded furiously, desperate not to get killed.
"Good luck explaining that to Chakure." The girl laughed, the blue halve of her hair suddenly fading to red with the red halve doing Vice versa.
"The fuck? Thought we had an agreement not to have any newcomers? She's a Ranyo spy." The same girl hissed at me,her scythe now a knife attached to a chain, swinging dangerously close to my face.
Nicxie rolled her eyes. "She seems pretty docile for a Ranyo League Member, they're out for our necks, not information. We're not the J.K.V.A,we don't have any secret plans or info they need."
Speechless,I raised a finger but Xoco stopped me. "If blue is on top,her name is Jeni,if it's red then Chakure."
I nodded, still kind of surprised when a bullet grazed my shoulder. I yelped, but it wasn't bleeding. A boy who could easily be the shortest in the group raised an eyebrow at me,holding what looked like an AK47 but more compact with a sleeker design. But something about it yelled that it wasn't a normal gun. "Andre!" Ruima scolded, the boy didn't look sorry though. He looked sheepish, but not sorry.
"Sorry. I thought she was a Ranyo League Member." He shrugged.
"Are they off our path?" Xoco asked with a nervous undertone in his voice.
"Bullseye." Andre clicked his tongue, putting his gun back in his holster and glancing behind him, which I realized had a burning village not far off.
"I did most of the work," Chakure snorted, "battle wound's are a bitch."
A girl roughly almost the same height but a bit taller than Andre barreled in,with a pouting face. "What's wrong,Maiko?" Xoco asked, taking note of her sour aura. Maiko huffed.
