Jungkook Focus

Tomorrow was the competition and Jungkook was stressed, never had he thought twice about signing up.

It was not if he chose a song good enough or if he had good energy.

It had always been about his voice. He always felt his voice was bad. Not good enough. Why because there were people, a lot who thought that his voice was not voice. That thought always made him scared of singing in front of everyone but when he sang with his hyungs he felt as though he needed no one else to appreciate his voice but them.

But deep down everyone matters.

Because that's what a Star is, they must always make sure everyone accepts and loves his voice. If not there won't be anyone to listen to him.

But he thought that if you had a passion for something, you could move mountains. He really loved singing, nothing in the world he loved more than except for his hyungs who raised him up.

"Jungkook?" A familiar voice was heard which broke him apart from his chain of thoughts.

"Yo! Are you seriously acting like this for a simple Smule duet with a fan?" Yoongi chuckled.

"It's important, Hyung!" He retorted, irritated.

"Aish, You're so cute, uri golden maknae!"

He shook his head, his hyungs always acted so weird around, mostly they acted like a fragile kid who he was not. But that was like years ago before he decided to show his true colors. If not they wouldn't have been so close like they were now.

"Hyung, I'm not a child anymore."

"It's like a kid saying he's ready for the deed." Yoongi smirked.

"YAH YOONGI STOP TALKING shit TO OUR YOUNGEST HE'S THE HOLY ONE." Jin screamed from the kitchen.

"Leave him alone." Taehyung entered pulling Jungkook away from the hot mess.

"Thanks, hyung." He says with a smile as Tae smiled, warmly.

"Maknae line." Tae winks as Jimin joined in.

He and Taehyung responded at the same time as all of them burst out into fits of laughter.

"Kook, How's things with Jieun?" Jimin smirked.

A confused Jungkook looks around, he didn't understand, things were great. Like how else would, could things be?

"I'm talking about your dating life."

"We should have one, before discussing it right?" Jieun entered as Jimin grinned.

"Oh, you're here." Jimin nudged Tae. "Our cue to leave, I'll take you on a blind idol date with Taemin and Minho."

Tae's eyes widened as they both exited silently,stifling their laughter.

"I uh don't know what they're talking about, Eunnie." He says, red in the face, thankful she didn't notice.

"Lol, Doesn't matter. How's your Smule?" She enquired.

"Definitely not the best. But listen, I gotta go, send me a recording. K?" She grinned.

"Where are you off to now?"

"Um.. I'm on student exchange so I've gotta study the streets a bit, so c-" She hurriedly said.

"Hello?I'm your exchange partner I'm supposed to come with you, wait up I'll come." He gets up.

"No. You've got to finish your Smule competition. I'll be alright. Bye!" She left quickly as Jungkook sat down, wondering why she was acting so up straight and weird.

However, he had to concentrate on the competition first. But the competition was only in ten minutes and he hadn't even chosen a song just yet.

He got up and ran into his room hurriedly, he spent five whole minutes searching for his tab and the next three minutes searching for Smule on his tab.

Suddenly, a notif popped up.

"THE DUET HAS STARTED, THE DUET HAS STARTED."

However, the opponent had already chosen a song. What came out was totally unexpected and beautiful.

The wordings were as well very beautiful, but the voice was so exceptional.
