Fredrick's pov first person

My mom had insisted we have a barbeque with the Fosters and Adylin's family, that includes Baylea her older brother, Brady and her mom whose name I forgot and Adylin and her two sisters Kayla and Eliza and her mom, I tried to tell her they hated each other but she would not have it

" Mom you can't invite both of them! Please!" I  begged

" We're inviting them both you know how you're father gets" she folds a shirt and then mutters to herself"he makes more food then we know what to do with, that man"

" Well then invite Charlie and his family not Baylea!"

"I can't believe you would say that! And you know how Via and Adam get!" Adam Charlie's brother aka Via's boyfriend"She's you're best friend!The Fosters are a family friend and they already said they were coming, and that's that! Now go clean your room!"

"Oh I didn't know the barbeque was in my room" I started to walk away from her

" FREDRICK ALAN PIERCE YOU GET BACK HERE"

" Sorry I gotta clean my room" wow I've never been this rude I ran in my room though I could still hear her

"I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS GET DRESSED IN SOMETHING NICE THEY'RE COMING IN 20 MINUTES AND YOUR DAD NEEDS HELP" She was on the verge of killing me so I ran to my room for safety God she just doesn't get it

My dad made so much food too much food, Adylin and her family had come first and they were all dressed like rich people the girls had dresses and the dad had a suit unlike my family with my dad's kiss the cook apron, my mom's worn flip flops, Via's school school spirit shirt and my shirt that matched it. Adylin ran to me

"Babe!" She wrapped her long arms around me

" Hey Adylin" I tried to pull her away to avoid Via destroying me with words

Baylea and Brady arrive with I think his name is Scott? What's he doing here and Baylea explain that her mom will come later and she hopes we wouldn't mind an extra guest, Scott, dad was thrilled to show Scott his cooking he has always wanted to be a professional chef and open a restaurant but so far he just sold his food to family and friends and the food was good, Scott seemed excited as h*ll for some reason.

"What's she doing here?" Adylin asked rudely

" She's a family friend Adylin I already told you this" I rolled my eyes and grabbed her hand when I saw her with Scott they were looking at us.

" Look at that ugly shirt she's wearing" Adylin pointed, it was that light green shirt with a light brown bunny on it the one me and her dad got her for her ninth birthday and he fell in the punch bowl I couldn't help but relate it to that one book everyone loved, that was the same year Adylin came to our school, Baylea had just turned nine invited everyone to her rabbit themed birthday party even Adylin and Adylin had suggested truth or dare all the girls were giggling so much everyone was on a sugar high due to her dad pouring in 5 pounds of sugar in everything he could that's the day I had my first kiss although I never really counted it I mean I was nine, so technically my first kiss was with Baylea, actually either way.

"I got her that shirt" I said flatly

" Oh well it's very nice" she tried to save it

"Whatever I'm gonna see if my dad needs help before Scott steals him forever" I walked over to my dad " need help?"

" Sure, go inside and help Baylea get glasses" he said pointing through the dusty windows of out house and continues to show Scott his fancy cooking equipment

"Hey Freddy" she smiled on God that smile

" Hi I'm... I need to do something I'll be right back" i ran away to my room like a coward

Baylea's pov

Did he just run away? Fredrick just ran away from helping me, wow! Just great. I'm not gonna go get him nope nope nope nope nope I think as I find myself knocking on his door, the door swings open Fredrick just stands there for a minute and then pulls me in his room and shuts the door. What is he doing? Then he presses me against the door and kisses me I push him away, how dare he?

Freddy's pov

Why did I do that? why did I kiss her again? She's mad now but hanging with Scott smiling and laughing as he says stuff that isn't even funny then she kissed him on the cheek! Well two can play at this game! I look at Baylea with intense eyes and give Adylin a kiss on her mouth, Baylea isn't looking though, she doesn't even care! I really screwed up tonight.

" look what you've done" Via whispered pointing to Scott and Baylea their arms wrapped around each other "Should've been you"
