**the next morning**
Eduard awoke the next morning to two things: The alarm clock buzzing rapidly, and Ivan falling off the bed, apparently trying to turn it off. The first thing Eduard did was get up, walk over, and turn the alarm clock off. Then, he stood over Ivan.
"You don't look awake yet..."
"But i am comrade Esti."
"But your still one the ground Braginsky."
Ivan sat there thinking for a moment, then he replied:
"yes, very good joke, Esti."
Ivan got up, "dusted" himself off, then looked at the clock. it read five-forty five. That meant that they had (almost) less than fifteen minutes to get ready, and out the door. Ivan began, but sticking his head under the running water of a sink, to make it seem like he had taken a shower. Eduard did the same. Then Eduard and Ivan quickly got dressed, and headed out to the lobby where China Man and "Strange Asian Man" were waiting. The two of them looked like they had been up all night, because "S.A.M." was leaning on the wall ding his best to stay awake, and China Man was already dozing off in a chair.
Ivan took a moment and went over to China Man and poked hin.
"Yao?"
No answer, so he poked him again.
"Yao?"
Still no answer.
"Yao?"
No answer.
"Yaoi?"
Eduard held back a laugh. Ivan smacked him across the face.
"Yao!"
China man immediately snapped to attention after that. "yes sir?"
"why are you so- um- tired this morning?"
"Well you see, sir, Yon Su and I decided to see how long we could stay up, and we managed to stay up all night.
"..."
"we both regret our choices though. don't we Yon Su?"
There was a long pause as everyone turned towards Yon Su. Yon Su was sleeping against the wall. Ivan face-palmed.
"Bot of you are quite stupid at times," Ivan said. "But your lucky because i'll allow the two of you to sleep in the car on our way there." he paused and looked at his watch. "That would give you about fifteen minutes."
"thank you, sir. " Yao said as he stood up from his seat and stretched. '
The four of them waited for a bit longer, then finally the clock reached "5:59". this was nothing suspicious to you but Braginsky seemed to be quite agitated. Eduard looked down at his watch. "6:00" sharp. The four of them waited another four minutes, then finally Katyusha and her sister showed.
"why are the two of you four minutes late?" Ivan said as he stood up and headed for the door.
"sorry about that, just couldn't quite get me hair right. This one stran just wouldn't go down.."
Yao eyed them. "that's not an excuse to be late."
"you just wouldn't understand. your a man, and men don't care about those kind of things." Katyusha said as she followed Ivan.
Yao shrugged and followed the two of them, everyone else following him. The six of you then decided to split into three. Three- per car. After all, they were both black BMWs, and could only hold five people at most. Eduard went along with Yao and Yon Su, the two sisters and Ivan in the other.
In the car, Eduard sat in the back left seat, Yon Su getting the front passenger seat, and Yao driving. This nearly terrified Eduard, after all- the man was falling asleep on himself; only to pray to god that he didn't do that at the wheel.
