I am Green

I am Red

We are traverse of the color wheel

I am made from two

I make two

Together we are a smirch of brown

Green is plant

Red is fire

We are a tax on each other

Green is the leaf

Red is the berry

Together we are a hospitable holly

Green of spring

Red of fall

Symbolising the beauty in between

Green stem

Red flower

Tethered together, we are a beautiful rose.

One is jealousy

The other anger

We are all this once but we learn from the mistakes

Green of grass

Red of sun

Never touching, for a cleft of space is there.

Green tells us to go

Red signals stop

Motion, motionless

Green is cool

Red is hot

An impasse they cannot cross, for they had them separate.

Nature's favorite

Fire's light

The elements present them

Green needs red

Red needs Green

Their love for one another for both, everlasting colors of the universe.
