It was a regular day for Hopper, a long legged brown spotted tabby with olive green eyes. He was a in door out door kitty pet. Today he was in his yard just laying down, sun bathing. The wind then picked up and his limp body twitched. He got up and loafed, (Putting their front and back legs under their body and curling their tail around their body making it look like a loaf of bread)
He heard the birds chirping and jumping from branch to branch.
"Hopper! Come here kitty, kitty, kitty!" A familiar voice said. Hopper got up and went to his house folk rubbing next to her legs. He started to purr.
His house folk scratched under his chin and walked inside hoping he'd follow witch he did, but as soon as he did, he jumped on to the couch looking out the window.
He saw a another kitty pet walking around. It was Ginny, a big fat silver tabby with black stops and yellow eyed tom. Ginny ,although fat,was a good hunter, and a good friend to Hopper.
Hopper and Ginny weren't fixed. For in the area they live in the nearest vet was 20 miles away. So many cats weren't fixed. But most we're indoor to prevent kitting.
"Hopper who are you look at boy?" His house folk asked, "Ginny, Flora, Ginny..." Although he said that all Flora heard was meow.
She walked over and looked out to window to see Ginny looking up a tree.

Hopper purred as his friend climbed up the tree looking for something, maybe a bird or squirrel. Flora patted the top of his head and walked off to fill his bowl maybe.
Hopper pawed at window. Ginny then hopped out of the tree with a sparrow in his mouth. A bird, how do you get those things? Hopper thought to himself.
Ginny saw Hopper pawing at the window looking at him and walked over and hopped up to make eye contact with his friend.
"Hey Ginny," Hopper mewed with his paws still on the window but not moving. Ginny dropped the bird to speak, "Hey mate. So what ya doing stuck inside again?" He asked licking his lips. Hopper finally put down his paws and looked over at Flora, she was cooking dinner it seemed, or lunch, Hopper didn't know the time.
"I was just out then you climbed over the fence and caught that sparrow there." Hopper purred wrapping his tail over his front paws, "Oh, well sorry 'bout that Hop, your yard is just full of animals you don't seem to notice ya lazy butt," Ginny joked stretching and sitting back down.
"Well at least I'm not fat." Hopper mewed pointing to Gin's belly chuckling, "Once again, it's fluff not fat." Ginny said putting his paw in front of his fluffy belly.
Hopper sighed and looked up at his friend, "How's your day Gin?" He asked laying down loafing once more. "Normal, I visited Coco today. She misses you. Says she's tired of always having me come over. I'm heading there right now, some of the cats think she's expecting kits ya know, wonder who's." Ginny said hopping down with the sparrow in his mouth.
"Gin wait!" Hopper said jumping down from the couch and pawed the door so his owner would let him out witch she did.
"Ginny! Wait for me!" Hopper said running as fast as he could to catch up to him.
Ginny turned around and nodded his head to show him where CoCo lived as if he thought Hopper forgot. When they got there there was a dark brown siamese she-cat laying down. Ginny hi jumped into her yard, most of the houses had fences, but some didn't, Hopper and CoCo where one of the many with fences.
Ginny came up to CoCo and dropped the sparrow, "Hopper come, here..." He said. Hopper jumped in with Grace and looked at CoCo... She had two kits a Tom and she-cat, the she-cat laying down and the Tom suckling.

Hopper looked down in disgrace....
