The Unexpected Customers

{Bonnie's P.O.V.}

I raised from my slumber and pressed the snooze button down and leaned against my bed frame, placing my fingers on my lips. I have been having very strange dreams about the new employee.. I got up and looked at my plans as I got ready for work. These dreams will eventually blow over.. Right? I shaked my head and only make a hypothesis because I had yet to understand what is wrong with me.. I finished brushing my teeth, grabbed my stuff along with my coffee and walked to work since it was so close to my house.

*Time skip*

I notice today is rather slow which is unusual, Marceline seems to be reading a magazine called "New Smashing Rekt~Chords! MWA" when customers aren't near her booth for a while before one or two go in and place their purchasings on the auto-counter. I however seem to end up watching Marceline, my work is done I already restocked the shelves and rechecked if any items were missing or misplace a few minutes ago.. I hear the door open and two familiar faces walk in smiling. It is her friends Finn and Jake, she hadn't seen them in long while. They stop and chat with Marceline.. Does she know them? I decided to listen on their conversation...

{Marceline's P.O.V.}

I see a all to familiar boy and his weird talking dog Jake walk in, Finn seem to notice me and smile while waving. I lean against my counter "Sup Finn and Jake, what you guys doing here?" I say as I put my magazine I was reading down on my counter "Oh we were heard that a Target opened up here and we need a new microwave since Jake decided to break it." Finn said as he looked his brother with a smile, I raised an eyebrow "Hey! I didn't know it couldn't handle the size of a perfect breakfast burrito!" Jake said defensively,  Finn and I both laugh from Jake's reponse "What I am being serious, Y'all wouldn't understand the needs of getting a perfect breakfast!" Jake said folding his arms " Hahaha Yeah whatever man but I don't think breaking our microwave was worth it" I chuckle and point over to where the appliances are " You will find what you need there." I picked up my magazine up on the page I saved it on "Thanks Marc" Finn said as he and his brother walk over to where I directed them.

{Bonnie's P.O.V.}

I went to see if the two boys needed help, still a tad bit shocked Marceline knew them. "Hey boys you find everything okay?" I smile "Oh Bubblegum, sorta?" Finn said awkwardly scratching the back of his head while smiling. "What are you exactly?" I say looking at the two "We need a big microwave?" Jake said avoiding the reason why, although I already know why. "Well that one over there is the biggest model we got in stock to today." I say pointing to a sliver like gray microwave, "It is a bit expensive and high-tech, and has the newest features suc-" I was interrupted by the excited boys both saying "We will take it!" And just like that they purchased it and were about to walk out the door until Finn said "Oh cya guys, and see ya at your concert on Thursday!" I was shocked to hear the news, I knew Marceline didn't have work that day but This is the first I heard of her concert or the fact that she even preformed at any concerts for that matter. I wanted to go and see it. The two boys waved goodbye and Marceline and I waved back, Marceline looked at the time on her phone and grabbed her stuff and got up "See-ya later Princess" I hated that nickname she called me "Don't call me that and bye." She seemed amused by my response "Oh I am so sorry your highness I didn't mean to offend" She said with a dramatic voice while bowing, This irritated me "Go before I give you bathroom  duty for a week." She groaned at that and said "Geez fine whatever bubblebutt" And with that Marceline left me shocked, angry, and embarrassed. I closed up shop and walk home, I get ready and lay in my bed with thought spinning in my head before passing out.
