Chapter 4

  

    I woke up suddenly in Charles arms. I guess I had cried myself asleep in his arms. I looked around the sled room. I gently made my way out from his arms. I heard a beep from the desk. I stopped to make sure he wasn't awake. He still had his eyes closed and his chest was slowly rising and falling. I slowly got out of the bed. I walked over to the phone on the desk. I grabbed it and looked at the screen. A message from five girls all calling him babe. So Charles was a player. I felt sad right then. I brushed the feelings away. I put the phone back on the desk. The door was still open so I walked out.

   I made my way to my house. I was about to sit on my bed when I heard a noise from outside. I looked out of my window. A car pulled up into Charles driveway. A man wearing a suit got out and heard straight for the backyard. I didn't know who the man was. I heard yelling and minutes later the man was back in his car driving away. I'm glad I left in time. I saw Charles come from the backyard looking around. Then his eyes met mine. I jumped from the window to my bathroom.

   It had been about ten minutes so I got up from the floor. I made my way to my bed. I laid down and thought to myself. Who was that guy ? It wasn't his uncle or anyone I seen at the house before. I grabbed my phone. I had four messages from Cassie. Her messages said I'm coming over after school. Hello? and the last two were We need to talk. Great, now she knows about will. I should text Alison or Will to find out what happen by I'll wait for Cassie.

   It was hours later when I heard the door bell ring. I went down stairs and open the door to see Cassie. She walked in and I shut the down behind her. We went up stair to my bedroom. We both took a seat on my bed. Cassie started the conversation.

"You don't look sick," she stated.

"Well, I'm not but I didn't want to be at school," I said looking out the window.

"What's wrong?"

I didn't say anything. She looked sad when I didn't tell her. I took in a deep breath.

"I saw Alison getting out of Will's car this morning."

"What the hell, Are you sure it was her?"

"Yes, I know Alison from anyone."

"What are you going to do?"

"Break up with Will and kick Alison out of the group. Don't tell no one okay? I'm going to text Alison and Bonnie to meet us at the cafe."

"Okay, lets go."

  I texted both of them to meet me at the cafe. They texted back saying okay. Me and Cassie made it in to the cafe. We took a seat in a table for four. We waited for the girls to show up. Bonnie came in first then shortly after Alison came in. Alison seat in front of me, Cassie was next to me and Bonnie was across from me.

"Why weren't you at school?" Bonnie asked.

"I had a temperature this morning," I said.

The waitress came over and took are order. Everyone was quiet. Alison haven't looked at me once.

"We are hear for a meeting or whatever," I said. The girls looked at me, even Cassie. She was a good actor.

"Will and me aren't together," I lied. Alison face looked up faster than anyone.

"But why?" Bonnie asked.

"Because he's sleeping with a whore," I stated with my eyes on Alison. Everyone, even Alison notice me staring at Alison. Alison began to speak when I cut her off.

"Your out of the group and that's final. If I see your whore face again I will beat the shit of you. I won't think twice. Get the fuck out of here!" I said looking straight in her eyes.

She didn't say anything. She had tears in her eyes. She got up and left the cafe. Bonnie face was priceless.

"Did you know about this?" I asked Bonnie.

"No, what the fuck was she thinking? Damn, I thought she was with Ethan," She said as she put her hand on her face.

"Well, What's next?" Cassie asked.

"Will's house," I said.

  

   Me, Cassie and Bonnie were outside of Will's house. Ethan and Mark car was parked in his driveway. We walked up to the door and rang the doorbell. Soon, the door open. Mark was standing there smiling like a dumbass.

"Wassup girls?" Mark asked.

"I need to come in," I stated and pushed past Mark with the girls behind me. I walked straight to the livingroom where Ethan and Will was playing a game on the Xbox. The boys didn't even notice us standing there.

"Hey Mark who was it?" Will asked eyes still on the game. Mark wasn't in the living he had walked off with Bonnie.

"Me and Cassie," I stated as Will turned his head toward me.

"What are you doing here?" He asked.

"Will, its over!" I yelled trying not to make it harder than it had to be. I started toward the door with Cassie when Will grabbed me.

"What are you talking about?" he asked me. His blue eyes were looking deep into my eyes.

"I'm breaking up with you. Goodbye."

"Why?"

"You slept with Alison!" I cried.

He let go right then and looked at the ground. Ethan had stop playing the game and looked over at me. Ethan and Alison had a thing for each other but I guess Alison didn't want him anymore. Ethan had got up from the couch and pushed Will from the door.

"Ethan! It wasn't like that. It was an accident," Will yelled after Ethan.

"You knew how I felt about her! Man, fuck you," Ethan yelled and drove away.

Cassie had made it to her car started it. She waved her hand for me to come on. I headed to the car but was stopped by will.

"Grace, it wasn't like that. You know I love you." He said. We never said those words together. He didn't love me, I knew he didn't.

"Goodbye Will," I said as I flipped him off.

I got in the car. Cassie had drop me off at my house. I walked around the house to the backyard. I took off my shoes and seat on the edge of the pool. I dipped my feet in.
