I shut my eyes tightly, feeling her presence leave. I sighed with relief, and went to get ready for my job at the Mystery Shack (did is how you meet the twins!) Brushing my hair, I sang a song I didn't know I had in my head. But, the lyrics were sung by a voice in my head didn't recognize...

How does a woman, alone, daughter of a demon and a half human dropped in the middle of a forgotten spot in Gravity Falls, grow up to be hero and a demon?

The ten home daughter, with no home or father.
Got a lot farther by working a lot harder,
By bein' a lot smarter,
By bein' a self starter.
By fourteen, they put her in charge of a world-famous company.

And everyday, while slave were bein' slaughtered and cartered.
Across the waves, she struggled and kept her guard up.
Inside, she was longing for something to have a part in.
The sister was ready to beg, steal, or barter.

Then a hurricane came, devastation reigned.
Our girl saw her future drip, drippn' down the drain.
Put a pencil to her temple, connected it to her brain.
And she wrote her first words on a paper, a story of her pain.
