We stared at each other.
"W-wait! You can't stay here!" I finally exclaimed. Lorelei frowned and pushed past me.
"I'll be here whether you like it or not. Besides, Bill sent me here without a place to go, so it doesn't matter anyways." I scowled.
"...Fine..." I muttered. Lorelei beamed.
"Great!" Lorelei started hovering a few inches above the ground.
"But you can't use your powers. Only harmless things, like levitation." She groaned. A pair of teal cat ears and a tail appeared.
"Fine. But I'm taking the form of a Neko, and you can't stop me." Just then, Dipper came walking into the room and scowled.
"...Lorelei." He said.
"...Pinetree." She replied. The two glared at each other for a moment before returning to their original stances.
"Is there something I'm missing here?" How did these two know each other? Every time they saw each other, they gave each other looks that made me think something had happened between the two of them.
"You see, there was something that happened between the two of us, but now is not the time." I nodded. Lorelei pulled my hand, taking me upstairs and into the attic. Mabel sat up on her bed.
"Sleepover!" She squealed. I gave her a questioning look.
"You know me and her are staying here for the whole summer, right?" Mabel fell of the bed and groaned. I ran to her side.
"Mabel! Are you alright?" A F/C glow emanated around her and I turned to Lorelei in a panic.
"What's going on?" Lorelei kept a straight face through all of the chaos, and instead of doing anything, put a hand upon my shoulder.
"It will be fine, child. You're gut healing her." I nodded. Mabel sat up and looked at the two of us, the light fading away.
"Thanks."
"Hey! Y/N! Mabel! Do you want to go on a monster hunt?" Dipper yelled, coming through the door. He looked at the scene before him as I crashed to the ground, holding my head in pain.
"What's going on here?"
"Its fine, she ended up healing your sister in a panic, since she fell off the bed." Dipper sighed with relief. I sat up, since my head had stopped hurting as much.
"Hey! There's a dimension I think all of us would like!" Lorelei exclaimed. A red and black portal appeared by a swish of her hand. She grabbed my hand, and the others grabbed on as well.
Then we jumped through.
