I closed my locker and was about to head home but then Fern popped up in front of me.
"Wanna check out a creepy hillside tonight?" She asked
"No, it's a school night and I need to study for the end of the year exams!" I said trying to walk away
"Please!" She begged
She begged until I was at my front door.
"Fine, let me tell my mom and grab my stuff," I say walking inside the house.
---Hillside---
We're walking through the forest when I feel a sharp pain in my arm.
"Ow!" I tell
"Are you okay?!" Fern asked looking back at me
"I'm fine, just have a little scar," I said
"We should turn back in case it gets infected," She said starting to walk back.
__Tomorrow__
"What's up?" Fern asks as we enter First period
"Not much," I say and take a seat in the back of the class.
()()After class()()
"Move out of the way dork" John the school Jerk said.
"Excuse me!" I snap
"What did you say nerd?" He spat
I felt rage course through my veins.
I sprinted out of the school and toward the woods with Fern trailing behind me.
My hands started to shake and after that everything went black.
Ferns POV
I saw Feo's hands start to shake. Her eyes turned yellow and her nose turned into a snout. She's transforming into a wolf! I've read about this before! "Get back!" A voice yelled. I turned around to see Miles a guy in our school. He's silent and runs out of class at random. " Go back to class, she'll be alright! " Miles said. "But-" I try to say but Miles pushed me toward the school. I run to class.
