your mom left to answer a phone call
and out of nowhere Niko jump closer to your   "Niko why did you jump" you asked she looked at you "he pinched me and tried putting his arm around me! " Niko replied then your mother walked back in and said "your father is going to be on a business trip until after tomorrow "

after that you and Niko went to bed
next morning Niko woke up and and yawned cover her mouth but after that she tasted vanilla and started to coughing and hyperventilating
you woke up and saw here coughing and noticed the vanilla in her Hand
and ran and grabbed her Abney pen and gave it to her and cleaned off the vanilla and asked is she ok "yes and why would some one do that " she said cheeks still a little puffy and you passed out only to wake up in your bed "where's Niko?" you asked " she's at the hospital because she was hyperventilating and coughing so we called 911 and they are holding her so we're going to pick her up.

during the car ride all you felt was dread to see what condition Niko is in

you arrive at the hospital in 30 minutes
you rushed inside to find Niko
after 10 mins of running you found her room and walked in to see her only to see she has a rash on her hand and she looks a little puffy.
