It's been a month since Graham died and I still hadn't gotten over the fact of it. I was hidding it very well but my heart was screaming out in pain. The only person who has been looking after me is Mary Margaret.

"Miss Swan." A Scottish voice called out from behind me. I knew who it was right away Mr gold. I turn and face him and he had a small smile on his face that made my stomach flip.

"Yes Mr gold, can I help you?" I asked since I was working. I glanced at the clock and smiled at him.

"Emma I want your help." He whispered. I look at him.

"Normally it's the other way around, what will I get out of this." I ask not really wanting anything.

"What do you want out of it Emma?" The way my name slips out of his mouth drives me crazy.

"Peice of mind, us not to argue. What do you need help with" I ask looking slightly lost.

"I need you to help me beat Regina. She getting carried away again." He looked concern.

"What do you mean gold." I ask walking to get my coat.

"Its Henry, she is stopping him from leaving the house. I want you to step up and force her hand." He was so close and his face was inched away from mine. I wanted him to kiss me.

"She is his mother, she won't let me near him. But I will give it a try." I reply and he walks off leaving me alone in the office. My breathing was heavy. He really was somthing it was like there was a magic pull over me when he was around.

I made my way to the school and met Henry, he hug me and I offered to give him a lift home. I knew it was risky but I wanted to spend time with him.
"Emma? Why is Mr gold's car outside your office." Henry voice asked worried and I glanced over and Regina was there too.

I parked up and told Henry to go and wait by Regina's car. I made my way into the office where they where shouting.
"Oi shut up, what is going on here." I shout getting confused.

"The mayor seems to think I am being unfair by telling her not to get involed with my business." Gold hissed at her.

"Guys stop. Regina Henry is waiting for you also stop grounding him. He is a child. Gold I want a chat." I raised a eye brow at then and she storms out.
"Gold I don't understand, why out off everyone here do you always seem to be arguing with her." I reply taking of my coat.
"Ms swan you have no idea, she is a powerful person but I have slightly more power. She is dangerous swan the last thing you want to do is get in her bad side." He gave me a small smile. I let out a sigh and look at him.

"Gold why do you keep coming to me, I know that I'm the sheriff but you don't even know me." He walks up to me and smiles.

"Emma there is something enchanting about you. I know how fast i make your heart beat, I'm the same. You want me swan just tell me and I will be yours." His Scottish voices rings in my head. My heart is racing, I shake my head I can't can't still like Graham but gold was right.

"Mr gold i don't know what you are talking about, I refuse to believe you like me and it's not true I'm not like that." I turn around so he doesn't see the tears in my eyes. I hear is cane move and suddenly he is right behind me. I can feel his body against mine.

"Emma no need to hide it, it's easy to see. When will it be my turn to show you love." His breath ticked my ear I try to ignore it.

"Mr gold it's time for you to leave. Now" I use my sheriff voice and face him. He looks hurt but nods and walks out. I didn't want to reject him but at the moment I couldn't be with him. It's taking everything in me not to run after him and kiss him so I sit down and have a cry. For the first time after Graham's dealth I have cried properly.
