(papyrus POV)
I heard sans scream so i turned around only to sans hyperventilating i was trying to calm him down but he passed out.
I was so scared. I looked sans over to see a sickening crack on the back of his skull and what seemed to be a small hole on the side of neck. The small hole seemed to have been that odly bigger then normal needle that monster was holding.
then i thought 'omg that could have been the cause of sans' panic ' and with that thought i wasted no time and called doctor alphys.
"ALPHYS CAN YOU COME OVER?"
"s-sure, but wh-why do you w-want me to come o-over?" "A STRANGE MONSTER ATTACKED SANS AND I THINK HE'S POISONED" "o-oh! i-i'll be r-right over!" and alphys hung up.
like on qeu sans woke up and started breathing quickly again. I noticed and rushed over to Sans. "SANS WHAT'S WRONG?!" Sans could barely answer "c-can't *pant* b-breathe!" his quick breaths turned into hyperventilating.
I was so scared. right at that moment alphys bursts in. " P-papyrus! s-step back!" I as I was told and went to undyne's house.

I got the ok to come back home so i did. and once i did i was tackled in a hug. i looked down to see...SANS!
I huged him back
"I'M SO GLAD YOUR OK!" I thought that that monster would never come and we would be happy... but....
