It finally reached the day. I was the first to get up and I woke everyone up when I realized it was still 4 in the morning so I tried to sleep. I couldn't.
Then I waited and waited as the clock went round and round when it made it to 7:00 I woke everyone but I saw mitch. He was still awake and he looked tired, so I asked him if he had slept at all.
"I wish I did, Heck I prayed for Adam and you know I'm atheist. I just want him to be OK. " mitch said it in a depressed and utterly sad tone.
He started crying and I hugged him tight and cried too. mitch didn't know this but I loved him.... And Adam.
He had utter shock on his face when I hugged him so passionately
"Mitch..." I said softly and sadly hugging him tighter "I-I"
"What is it Jerome...?" He started to say, trying to breath because he was crying.
"I uh....miss Adam so bad," I said as a cover-up instead of what I was actually going to say.
"I do too!" Mitch yelled and buried his face in my shoulder, and I did as well with my face
