I survived the cupcake killer

Dash woke up to find she no longer felt pain in her leg stumps. Pinkie didn't say anything when she walked out of the shadows. Just went over to the table and grabbed a scalpel with her mouth. "It's time for the harvest." The pink mare somehow stated around the scalpel in her mouth. Then the all of a sudden she was on the ground. It took dash a moment to realize that Pinkie slipped in her "Painting" that was still fresh for some reason. Pinkie layed there for quite a while before dash realized. "She swallowed the scalpel." Dash stated. She was now half way free since her captor was dead. All she had to do now was...

"HELP!" she screamed, hoping Mr. and Mrs. cake would hear. "HEEEELP!" she screamed again. Then she heard hoofsteps "I'm in the basement!" she screamed. She heard the door open and saw Mrs. Cake come down the stairs. When Mrs. Cake saw the seen before her she doubled over and threw up on the floor. She ran back up stairs without a word.

"No, wait." Dash cried. Five minutes later Mrs. cake walked back down stairs. "Mr. Cake is calling an ambulance for you and Pinkie. I know this is a bad time but what the hell happened." Rainbow was shocked at first. She had never heard Mrs. Cake swear. Then, before she could say anything, two EMT's rushed in and took only a fraction of a second to take in the seen before one rushed over to get Dash down while the other ran over to Pinkie and took her pulse. None. He ran back over and loaded dash onto a stretcher a third EMT had brought down.

When dash woke up in the hospital she realized she had been screaming. Nurse Redheart rushed in, took one look at Rainbow, and knew she had been having a nightmare. One so horrific even luna couldn't fight it off. "How do you feel." the nurse asked. Dash took a minute to think of an appropriate answer that didn't involve swearing. Not being able to find one she simply stated "I feel like crap." The nurse nodded her head and checked Dash's vitals. "You lost a lot of blood but we were able stabilize you. You have the rarest blood type O-. Fortunately one of your friends does too. She donated as much as we would let her and still insisted on giving more. You got some good friends."

The nurse then threw a hoof over her mouth knowing that Pinkie had been one of Rainbow's friends. "I-I mean." she stammered but rainbow just cut her off. "It's okay" was all she had to say to get the nurse to stop. "Your friends are here to see you. If you want." She added quickly. Dash nodded and the nurse left the room.

Pretty soon the door opened, and her friends came rushing in. They all got really close but not too close so they didn't hurt her. "It's so good to finally see you awake." Twilight said first. Hearing this Rainbow realized she didn't know how long she had been asleep. "How long was I out?" Dash whispered just loud enough to hear. They all looked at each other nervously before everyone singled out Applejack knowing she couldn't lie.
