" Katie ! Wake up ! I need you to do something ! Hurry Up ! ". my mom's voice woke me up . I hate it when she does this , I mean It's freaking Saturday and she woke me up at 8:00 ??!!
Oh C'mon , this isn't what I had planned to do on a Saturday morning . I was planning on wakingup a 1 pm , but now my slumber is ruined ugh !!!
FUCK THIS SHIT !
I groggily got out of bed and made my way to the bathroom . I washed my face and mouth and tied my blonde hair into a messy bun .
I jogged downstairs to see what my mom needed .
" G'morning sweetie , can you babysit your little brother today ? I have 3 operations to do today and some check-ups so I will be gone today ". My mom announce while carrying my little brother and carefully placing him on the couch .
" Sure mum , When are you gonna leave ? ". I asked her followed by a ywan " In like *looks at watch* Right Now ! ". she told me kissing my forehead and also my little brother before rushing out of the door and locking it behind .
" Katie can I watch spongebob ? ". Jona smiled showing his cute little dimples " Sure you can , go ahead ". I told him and he rushed towards the tele .
I walked to the kitchen and grabbed a bowl of strawberries and joined Jona in watching .
BTW , I'm Katelynn Rose Jenel , 17 years old . I'm just a normal student in St. Therese Cara academy . ( totally made that up xD )
I have a little brother his name is Jonathan Rick Jenel , his 4 years old . He's gonna start school next year . My mom is a doctor , She's usually gone and we're used to it . I hate talking about my father , It's a very sensitive topic .
" Jona , wanna go somewhere ? ". I asked him " Sure ". he smiled turning the tele off and stood up from the couch .
" You better go to shower young man , you stink like a squirrel ". he chuckels " You should shower too , you smell worse ". he told me before running upstairs .
I smiled and followed him upstairs and head to my room . I pulled my messy bun and let my hair flow down .
I jogged towards the bathroom and warmed the shower up before I got in .
" You got me like I do something , wanted all the time , needed everyday . On a scale of one to ten , I'm at a hundred . Never get , I can't stay away ". I sang as I put conditioner some conditioner in my hair .
Only my family and my bestfriend knows that I can sing but some of my relatives say that I sound like a dying goat .
I wrapped a my towel around my body and stepped out of the bathroom .
I garbbed my white underwear and bra . I decided to wear my gray ripped skinny jeans and my black crop top that says 'YOLO' . For my shoes , i wore my black Toms .
" Katie ! Why you so long ?! ". Jona yelled downstairs . I hurriedly grab my wallet and my phone and jogged downstairs .
I saw Jona standing by the front door , I smiled at him . He's wearing a stripe shirt , red pants , suspenders , and converse .
" Where do you wanna go kid ? ". I asked him " I wanna go to the park and watch pigeons and eat a banana ice cream ! ". Jona exclaimed . I giggled and led him outside locking the door behind .
Me and Jona walked to the park 'cause first of all , mom's using the car , second the park was so close .
" Oof ! ". my brother yelled as he fell down to the ground . I help him got up and noticed that theres something on the knee part of his pants .
BLOOD
I rolled his pants up and found a fresh bruise on his knee . My jaw clenched as I faced the guy who bumped my little brother .
He's just standing there , his face blank . Who the fuck does he thinks he is ?!
" Aren't you gonna say sorry ? You've hurt my little brother ". I told him as calm as I can . I'm trying to hold my anger back . I don't wanna make a scene here .
" Well , it's cleary not my fault that your little brother isn't looking where he's going ". the guy said , sarcasm in his voice . Now this guy is really getting on my nerves .
" He is excatly looking where he's going ! Aren't you planning to apologize or not ?! ". I yelled at him , I can't take it anymore . And I don't fucking care if I'm making a fucking scene here .
I saw his eyes softened as he looks at my little brother . He kneeled down so he can be the same height as his , this dude is gigantic .
He pulled a hankerchief and wrapped it around my brother's bruised knee .
He smiled at Jona before pulling out a piece of paper from his pocket and handed it to Jona .
" Call me if you need anything , okay ? what's your name kid ? ". the guy asks and Jona smiled showing his cute little dimples " Jonathan ". the guy nodded
" I really want to hangout with you but , I need to go . Call me Nathan , ok ? ". the guy said before walking away .
I sat Jona near the bench for his knee to rest a little .
" Katie , you didn't have to be mad at Luke , He's nice . I like him better than your boyfriend ". he spat the word boyfriend , Jona didn't like my boyfriend at all , I didn't even know why
" Luke ? ". Jona groaned " He was the guy ! It's written on the paper ! Wait a carrot , can you save his number on your phone , ppwwweeeaaasssee ". Jona plead , who would say no to that ?! He's so fucking cute !
" Sure ". he smiled as I pulled my phone from my pocket and typed in Luke's number .
" I want some banana ice cream ! ". Jona whined " We're gonna get some ! ". I exclaimed as we both stood up and walked to the nearest ice cream parlor .
I still hate that Luke . I don't even know why , I just do .
I fucking hate Luke .
