king George lay on his bed almost to die in few hours as he said to his closest people (Stephen was there too), " As you all see, I'm about to die. I need someone to take care of my Kingdom and my lovely daughter. But for that I need someone who is brave, caring and responsible. Someone who is not afraid of that winged elf and her magical creatures. " The men who were in the room agreed and left the room for king to have rest.

Next day morning Stephen went to meet Maleficient. As he was entering the jungle he yelled " Maleficient, come out "
Maleficient finally showed up and said with a soft but angry tone, " So how's life with the humans? ". Stephen speed for a while and admired her beauty. He ignored her question and said, " Maleficient they are planning to kill you. I've come to warn u and save you. " she replied, "I know that. " Stephen apologised to her for suddenly vanishing and they kept on talking for a long time just like they used to do before, from morning till night..
In the evening Maleficient and Stephen both sat near the river bank and maleficient lay her head on his shoulder. After some time he gave maleficient something to drink. As she drank it, she started to go in deep deep sleep. Stephen got up n lay her head on the ground. He called his name and checked whether she was awake but she was already sleeping. Stphens heart beated faster and faster as he removed a knife. He was going to kill her but he couldn't as he loved her still. He tried again but no. So he cut her wings with a knife, packed it in a sack n went back to the castle.

Stephen knocked the door before entering in the Kings room. The king was awake, so Stephen came in and showed the king what he had brought. The king looked at it and said, " Well done Stephen, you have done a job that others were afraid to do. I am giving the responsibility of my Kingdom as well as the responsibility of my wife and daughter, Mary. I want you to marry Mary. " Stephen agreed with the king and after a week it was Stephen's marriage with Mary, but next day morning the king died.

(mean while with Maleficient)
The next day when maleficient woke up she realised that Stephen was missing and secondly she realised that he had cut her wings. She started crying loudly in agony. She was hurt again by the same person. She cried for a long long time but then stoped and told her self that crying would only make her weak. She decided to take revenge with Stephen. She stood up but her legs become weak so she made a stick with the help of her magic which would help her walk. Just because of one thing, she changed. She became evil. As she was walking, she saw a crow being trapped in a net, surrounding by big dogs. Some thought came in her mind and with her powers, she changed the crow into a man so the crow began growing bigger and finally changed into a man. Looking at this magic the dogs got scared and ran away.
The crow (man), looked at maleficient and said in astonishment, " what have u done to the beautiful me?? ". Maleficient said " I saved ur life ". The crow (man) said " forgive me. my name is Davis. I'm at ur service. what do u want me do? " She said with evilness," Wings. I want you to be my wings".
At first Davis didn't understand what she meant. But later she explained him that she needed him to spy on Stephen.
