Ok so lady bug dies during an akuma fight.
A Texan girl named Scarlett moves to Paris and becomes the new lady bug.
Her adoptive parents are extremely in tuned with their souls and this explains new ladybugs ability to manipulate the form and abilities of her yoyo.
She likes to have a gun on her at all times, even as lady bug so more often than not, her yoyo is in the shape of a gun.
Scarlett has little to no flaws causing the main character to switch to Adrien.
Adrien is having trouble getting over Marinette's death and NLB(new ladybug) helps him through it, saying she was an orphan before her adopted dad moved to Texas from Japan with his wife that was never able to bare children who then found and adopted her. Scarlett bore witness to her mom's murder and she, when she got old enough she chased the perpetrator to Paris where she is still looking to this day. The only lead she has being an occult symbol that was carved into her mom's back on the day she died.
The birth mom died on her birthday. Two days before Scarlett 's birthday, leaving her 5 year old daughter with nothing but a hat, a gun, and lifelong trauma. The only things she could remember of her mom were that her favorite color was green, she had been single for 2 years, and she held firm belief in ranching and physical fitness.
Scarlett moved to Paris knowing very little of their language so on her first day she got all of her classes the same as Adrien because he was fluent in English and French, most of Scarlett's free time was spent on her phone learning to speak French.
On her second week of school she tried to answer a question that the teacher asked the class but she didn't pronounce the answer correctly so Chloe made fun of her in class so she blurted out "at least I knew the answer" then Chloe replies with making fun of her again. Scarlett cusses Chloe out in English because she can't speak a whole lot of French and Chloe replies with "oh you don't have the balls to yell at me in a language that I understand?" Scarlett replies with " understand this" she flipped Chloe off and the teacher sends the both of them to the principal's office
