It's been two weeks since I made that terrible terrible mistake. A mistake that I painfully regretted committing, a mistake I shouldn't have done in the first place, a mistake that made my life, my soul, my worldㅡ my everything slipped away.... just like that.

F L A S H B A C K

"Koooookieeee!" He cutely shouted from our living room.

"Yes, baby?" I playfully shouted back from our kitchen. I am currently making our breakfast.

"Uhmm.. someoneㅡ" He mumbled as he made his way to me. He was holding my phone tightly, eagerly looking at it.

"Someone, what babe?" I asked, turning around to put the dishes that I cooked for us on our table and faced him.

"s-omeone t-texted y-you..." He whispered defeatedly and I saw tears flooding his eyes.
I walked towards him confused as I tried to cup his cheeks, "babe, what's wrongㅡ?"
But he cut me off and backed away slowly.

"Y-yoou.." He looked at me with sadness, disappointment, anger, confusion and hurt lingering in his eyes.

"W-hyy, J-jungk-kook." He asked as his tears continued to fall and he threw my phone at me and I almost dropped it.

I immediately checked my phone and widened my eyes..

"Babeㅡlet me explain.." I pleaded as I wrapped him in my arms. He squirmed away and hit my chest. "WH-YY!!! T-ELL ME WHY, JUNG-KKOOK!!" He shouted, losing the strength on his knees causing him to fall down on the kitchen floor.

"Babe.. It's not what you think.." I whispered softly. I crouched down to him and tried soothing him with my touches. He calmed down a bit.

"Th-en tell me.." He looked at me in the eyes. "Am I n-not g-good enough?ㅡ D-do I n-not make you h-happy?ㅡ D-do y-ou not l-love m-me a-nymore? " He mumbled, just faintly saying the last words as he cried...

"No, no, babe. I love you so so muchㅡ it was a mistake, that night was a mistake.. Just.. babe let me explain.." I whispered, and I felt hot tears fell from my eyes. I was crying.. I tried wiping away his tears but he brushed my hands off.

"D-don't touch me!!ㅡ I-I'm leaving" He shouted faintly as he pushed me away and I fell on the floor. He tried standing up, but I stopped him, I hugged his legs tightly as I looked at him pleading.
