The moment I saw the way Taehyung's eyes looked dead and out of focus. The way his body shaked violently. The way his tears fell non-stop. The way his lips quivered. The way his breath hitched. And the way he fell lifelessly on the floorㅡ my whole world stopped, and suddenly I can't breathe, I can't think straight and I can't move an inch. and I just felt something strong inside meㅡ something I'm sure I've never felt before. Fearㅡ I'm so fucking scared, so scared that I would lose him.

"TAEHYUNG!" I shouted alarmed as I stood up from the couch. I ran beside him and pulled him into my arms.

Jin hyung immediately called 911, but since it's snowing hard, it will take some time. The others just stood there shocked.

Closed eyes, tear-stained face, pale lips and bleeding nose is what greeted me when I cupped his face.

"T-tae... Hey l-love." I whispered caressing his cheek and rubbing his arms trying to wake him up. But he didn't budge.

"H-hey.. Love.. wake up, p-please."

I started crying when I can't wake him up. I'm really scaredㅡ lots of what if's clouding my mind. I know he's still breathing but why is it so faint? so so faint.

"D-don't do this to me, t-tae." I pleaded as I brushed his hair and massaged his templeㅡ he loves it when I do that to wake him up. But why is it not working?

"I-I am so sorry, Tae. We didn't mean to scare y-you, we will not do it againㅡyou can hit me all you want.. j-just, just pleaseㅡ o-open your eyes for me my love.. L-let me know you're f-fine.. show me you're f-fine. Please tae.. b-baby.." I begged softly, crying my eyes out. I saw them looking at me pitifully,  shock also evident in their eyes. They might have really thought I've got no emotions huh. Well, I have. Lots of it, but only for this person lying lifelessly in my arms right now.

"K-kook.." Jimin whispered crying.

"TAEHYUNG PLEASEE!" I shouted defeatedly, shaking his body more forcefully. I felt like losing my mind. I need to know he's fineㅡ I need to know he's alive.

"Yah! Kook! Calm down!" Jin shouted to snap me out of it. He tried prying me off Taehyung but I yanked his hands away.

"You're gonna hurt him, kook." Jin softly told me and made me look at him. He's crying too.

"Everything's gonna be alright, help is coming, okay?ㅡ just be strong for tae,hmm?" Jin added as he rubbed my back.

"He's n-not waking up, h-hyung.. W-why is he not w-waking up, h-hyung?" I whispered. Jin hugged me sideward and sighed.

"He's gonna be okayㅡ he just passed out... He'll be fine.. I know he will.." Jin assured crying. I softly nodded hoping Jin was right.

I embraced Taehyung tightly. I rocked us back and forth and gently rubbed his arms to warm him up as I placed a kiss on his temple. I hummed our favorite song as I closed my eyes while we all waited for help to come...
