Valkoriye stood in-front of Lt.Colonel, and apologized for their tardiness. The Lt.Colonel was a strict man, in charge of keeping the students of the academy wall-behaved, and most importantly disciplined. It didn't help that the academy was full of individuals from the four allied planets, they all had special ability's. The Knights Military acedemy was preparing to send their level 27 students off to fight in the war, these students varied from the ages of 17-30, they were the best fighters, the best tacticians, the best tech experts, the best mages and the best protector. These students had to become the new Knights of valhalla. The new protectors of the Red Kite Galaxy, they had to defeat the Machinists! Each level 27 student was put into a group of five, Valkoriye, Tekla,Blair,Torin and Hikaru were Avenging angels of vas.
"Enough with the excuses." He had delt with this situation many times before and time grew weary of warning the students. Before the misson briefing began, Tekla apologised for being late, with an innocent look on her face "sorry sir. We'll get ready right away."
"And how do you propose to do that Tekla?" he replied in a serious tone. "You don't even know the full intel for your mission yet."
Hikaru smirked. "That's true Tekla." She gave him a killer look.
The Lt. Colonel began to explain exactly waht the misson was and they had little time to prepare. He spoke of and object powerful enough to end this eemingly endless war, and their misson was to protect it. However, the object had to be located before it could be taken into their custody. It was prophesised to be located in the great ruins of an old, sacred castle of Valhalla, which was once home to powerful mages, Warriors and Royalty. It was also home to Valkoriye's old ancestors. Valkoriye, shocked at learning the location of this all-powerful object exclaimed "This thing's got to be powerful if it can stop this war! We need too get to it before anyone else has a chanc."
"We'll just have to wait and see, Val.It may not even be there." Hikaru was not one to believe in prophecies and superstition, and seriously doubted such an object could even exist. "We still have to try Hikaru!" Val look back at Hikaru with hope and determination on her face. He had to look away his hand covering the lower half of his face, blushing. 'Damn why is she so cute like that' he thought to himself. Tekla caught sight of the red tinge and smirked.
"Miss Morgan is right you must try your hardest to get this object before you and your fellow level 27 students leave for the battle." The Lt.Colonel cut in "Now go get ready you leave in an hour."
