Chapter XXIII

Sorry for the late updates, I am going through a lot. I have softball & got bad news and stuff but im back with my passion.

     Kyoya turned to his father from the longest hug he has ever gotten from him. Infact, the last time Kyoya was hugged by his father was when he was a kid. But ever since he was ageing to be a man all his father thought was him maturing and giving him the family business. As if the term father and son have vanished.

"Father I really don't know what to do." He says to him, Yoshio signs and pats his head like he did when he was younger. "We will get her out of there, but I guess this is the right time to tell you the truth about (y|n)."

Kyoya sits down and prepares himself mentally for the news while Yoshio sits back into his office chair looking at Kyoya in the eyes and gives me these thick files with her face on them. "Her name is real, but she isn't from America, she's from here. She is actually one of the top graduating students from our personal military academy. Her parents were also top students from the academy too, they live in a house on the base. I hired her to protect you since I knew something like this would happen. But I personally didnt think it would go too far to the point you were to fall in love with her."

  Kyoya takes a few deep breaths so he wouldn't freak out, "so you're telling me that I wasn't actually engaged with her?" Yoshio nods, and Kyoya slouches in his chair which is also a first. "Kyoya look you're not yourself."

He looks at him bitterly, "you know we need to tell her parents."

Yoshio sighs and nods, "They'll be on their way shortly. But...how are you taking all of this."

He looks at his father with an unsure expression. Everything he knew about her seemed to be either a lie or the truth. He didn't actually know her, or did he? People can't just hide their feelings like that. Maybe we should just focusing on finding her first. He looked over at her files once again. Figures why she's so bold with her actions sometimes with fights. He wonders what could have happened if he didnt meet her at all. "I think I still have feelings for her." He says to his father. "I don't think I want to be engaged to someone if it's not her."
