( Laurence's P.O.V. )

Everyone had come to our house for the Christmas party. I would rather stay in my room, but Garroth said he would drag me out of my room. I walked through the crowd and found everyone there. Except for one. Y/n wasn't here. Of course, no one wanted her to come since she lied to me and everyone. It broke my heart when Katlyn told me. It still hurts. I heard a knock at the door and when I opened it I didn't see anything but boxes.

   " Garroth can you help me?"

   " Sure."

We brought all the boxes inside. There was a small one that was labeled

I told everyone to quiet down and I opened the box. There was a tape recorder. It was labeled with an I'm sorry. I played it and everyone listened.

   " Hey, guys..."

It was Y/n!"

   "...I know you probably don't want to hear me talk so I'll just get straight to the point."

Everyone got closer to the tape recorder.

   " That day when Katlyn and I went to the park I don't know what happened. All I remember is when I drank the drink we bought everything went black and then I woke up on a park bench. I know you all won't believe me, but Michi apparently put a potion in the drink. I have a recording of her saying it. She said it while I recorded it on my phone."

She then played the recording. I heard her cry a little and it broke my heart even more.

   " I just wanted to say I'm sorry for whatever I did. I also had a thought that I should just leave since you guys don't care about me anymore. You guys were my world and I knew if you all left then it would destroy me."

We were all silent. I could see tears in aphmau's eyes.

   " It did. This is just a tape recording to say I'm sorry and goodbye. I thought you would all want me to leave so I am. Before I could though I got you all presents. Each box has a name on it. Merry Christmas guys. Have a good rest of the year. Maybe we'll meet again someday."

Then it stopped. We all opened up the gifts and they were amazing. She got us something we had wanted and/or something to remember her. Garroth opened up his to see a necklace

Y/n had the other half. I opened mine up and seen a book. I picked it up and started looking through it. It was full of pictures throughout our high school year and a few from this year.

  Now listen to it

" Guys," I said

They all looked at me with tears in their eyes.

   " We need to tell her we're sorry before she leaves."

They all nodded. We walked outside and it was snowing heavily. I looked towards Y/n's house to see her locking her house door. She walked towards the cab and put her suitcase inside. We ran towards the cab shouting her name. She looked at us and she had a sad smile on her face. She waved at us and got in the cab. The cab started driving off. I stopped running when I reached her house. The cab had disappeared in the heavy snow as it drove. I fell on my knees my heart breaking every second. Her words ring in my mind

   " You guys were my world and I knew if you all left then it would destroy me. It did."

   " Maybe we'll meet again someday. "

I felt the tears leave my eyes. We had shut her out for something she didn't even mean to do. This is all our faults. I grabbed my phone and tried to call her. Key word tried. She never picked up. Then when I called it another time the voice said that this number isn't valid. She Changed phones!! She left us with no trace to find her. I walked into her house and all the furniture was there, but her bed sheets her clothes all her kitchen utensils they were all gone. I looked at where her picture frame used to be of us and I saw the flower I had given her.

I picked it along with the note.

Dear Laurence,

                 I know you gave me this rose, but give it to someone you love.
Someone that didn't break your heart like I did. I love you Laurence. Goodbye

I fell to my knees and cried. I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked up and seen Garroth. His eyes were puffy from crying.

   " We will find her Laurence. I promise."
